Update No e-ticket after paying for the booking.

Booked a flight refno 20864385. Normally e-ticket is available almost immediately after payment with other travel agents.this company has not supplied eticeket or airline booking number so long after booking. I am fearing the worst. Tried to phone them using 0870 number ( 42p/minute) no answer after staying on hold for 43 minutes)
Never again.
I am surprised skyscannner are including this outfit in their results.
Let’s see if this review gets a response from the company.I will quickly post a positive tries if they do the decent thing

E-ticket now received by email.
I have given 3 stars now but still don’t understand why did they take that long??

Travel2be has no responsibility to their customers at all!

So, I changed my ticket to an open voucher after getting infected with Covid-19. I was promised that I can change the open ticket anytime. Since March, travel2be keeps telling me that the airline has blocked my ticket. After writing a joint email to both the airline and travel2be, the airline made it clear that my ticket is valid and open. Travel2be is not responding to my emails anymore and the airline said that they have not received any date suggestions to book me a flight from the travel2be agency. Doesn't this company have any customer satisfaction reviews? Why are they refusing to book me flights? Should I have gotten in the plane and spread Covid-19 to other passengers to avoid this drama?

After over 20 years of travel…

After over 20 years of travel experience, the experience with Travel2be is the worst that I have ever experienced. In fact, it was not a travel experience because we were not able to leave. A combination of not having the right documents, information and service took care of that. It all started with online airline check-in where an error message came up, the airline asked that we contact Travel2be, which was not possible. In the end we had nowhere to go at the airport and no one to contact, very frustrating. After trying endlessly to contact the company, (via emails, phone, you name it ) I still haven't heard from anyone from the company to this day. At the very least, a travel agency should be accessible to its customers because something can always go wrong. Before booking I challenge you to find a live person within the company.

We did not receive our e-tickets.
The Travel2be service, My trips, does not work properly. It shows a fake booking made on April 17 th, reservation ID 20602794 (????) and our real e-tickets (ID 20742547) cannot be downloaded.
We already send an email on adress for customers , but we did not receive almost 5 days any answer.
Please, send our e-tickets.

The Airlines's answer is:

This booking might have limitations in some functionalities as it has not been booked on this platform. If so, please consult the booking platform originally used. For e-tickets booked via travel agency, please contact the agency concerned.

So, for e-tickets contact the agency concerned.
We do that!
We have the confirmation.
We do not have the required e-tickets!

Update no 2 : We have only the e -tickets numbers.
Airline recommendation:
The e-ticket receipt often looks similar to an old-style paper ticket but doesn't need to be presented at the check-in counter on the day of your flight (although we suggest you have it with you, just in case as it serves as proof that your ticket was issued).
Please understand and solve this!
Send e-tickets, not only confirmation!

Booked through travel2be and when I got…

Booked through travel2be and when I got to the airport they informed me that I didn't have a ticket! I had to purchase a new one for the next day.
Not only did they scam me out of a ticket and money, they have not replied to any of my emails! I have emailed many times, all just ignored.
Do not book through them you wont have a flight to get on!

Is travel2be a scam or does it exist?

Is travel2be a scam or does it exist? I made a booking, my credit card got charged, they even sent me a confirmation email. But then: the airline does not recognize any of the booking or reservation codes from the travel2be email. even worse: when trying to contact travel2be customer support I'm asked to provide the email address from which i made the booking (it's the same I received their confirmation email on), but then they send me just a brief automatic reply "We have not found any reservations with this email address". Has anybody had the same experience? Looks like a scam to me.

It says “no bookings”, can’t access our flight!!

May 3 (tomorrow) my friend and me will fly from AMS > OSL and every time we click the link and need to fill in email to access the ticket, it says there are no bookings under this email. We need to access our tickets. What went wrong?

The only place you seem to be able to…

The only place you seem to be able to contact them is through Trustpilot. They answered my last review, but then when I sent them an email they don't answer back? And you can't reply to them on Trustpilot. We paid an extra fee to be able to have free change of flights, but when I made a request to do so they never answer...

More than 2 years and no refund

It's been more than 2 years since I have requested my refund and until now I keep waiting on. When is this going to be resolved? It's lies behind lies and more lies. Their representatives keep saying "they're looking into it" but I could be waiting forever.

They stopped replying in February 2020. While I was traveling, I called their office in Spain multiple times and they did not answer, emails ignored until recently when I contacted a third-party flight search engine to help me out.

Their last email was 2 weeks ago and until now, I have not gotten my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

EDIT in response to Travel2be: Yes, they have contacted me but it's unacceptable that I have been waiting for MORE THAN 2 F#% years for my refund! There is no excuse from you to simply stop replying and "look into it" because it's been 2 years of "looking into it" without any change. That's how pissed I am.

EDIT 2: May 07 2022 I am still waiting for my refund and until this date no one has sent my an email to update me on my case. Travel2be Travelgenio are complete scammers. STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS YPU CAN! DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY WITH THESE THIEVES.

Back and Forth Travel2Be Lies

I've made 7 phone calls in the past 3 hours trying to correct my itinerary. I was informed that my itinerary had changed, called Travel2Be who informed me that I was going to now fly in two days later than my original departure flight (cutting my trip two days short). I relayed that I had not made any confirmation for such changes and was told to call SAS to correct the issue (told that they "owned" the ticket). When I called SAS, they told me the same thing (that Travel2Be "owned" the ticket). Back and forth, back and forth, upwards of 40 min waiting times.. and then on the last three phone calls, Travel2Be representatives simply placed me on hold, and hung up the phone. During one phone call, they told me I could repurchase an outbound flight for upwards of 400 Euro. When I asked why the initial amount paid couldn't be applied to a new flight they stated that I would need to speak with SAS about it. My booking reference number is 19195616 and I honestly don't know if I'll ever utilize or recommend this service again. I've never experienced such an outright lying match between two businesses who keep pointing me in the other direction instead of addressing a simple correction.

Charged me more and replies weren’t even for solving problems

I had described what i had faced and with the screenshot i had.

Before payment, i saw the price as $1,696.86. After clicking confirm with my card payment, there was a moment that it lagged and when it refreshed the page, i was charged $1,803.96. If it showed this amount before i click confirm, i wouldn’t have because it will be much more expensive than Korean Air. I aint dumb you know?

Agents replied me but their replies weren’t even helpful. I had repeated this alot of times and they sent me an answer of an automated reply. What de hell? I demand the refund of the additional cost charged because within 1-2 minutes, the price ticket cost changed and the master creditcard promotion changed. Stop giving me repeated answer. And the phone number for Singapore agent is so weird….

My ticket for help were 4844939 and 4862533.

No refund

My flight got canceled. The Airline told me at the Airport that travel2be already has the refund but they don't give it to me and the custumer service does not answer my mails.

Update to the reply: There was no alternativ you offered and custumer service already told me I would get a refund. But I didn't get the refund. And as I already told, custumer service does not reply.

Involuntary changes no update…

My flight had involuntary changes made by airline, changed by more than 4 hours for both the first flight and the return flight.
I have tried to contact Travel2be but received no response, I cannot take the new allocated flights and wanted to cancel all.
The reservation code is HGXKL

EDIT: I have been waiting weeks but receive no response, can't get a response through email or telephone.

EDIT 2: I have been waiting for a refund for over 3 months and receive no reply, I worry this will not happen. There has been no update, only customer services claiming 3 months ago that they requested my refund from BA but nothing else.
