Definite a scam
I was lead to this site through flights.google as the cheapest option for my selected route. And it was considerably cheap, so it didn't make any sense to go for any of the other option. However, I started doubting the legitimacy of this website right from their confirmation email. It was just screenshots of the itinerary and not one of the more usual mails that we get from the airlines.
Sure enough I get a call from their agents later in the day, who tells me that the "taxes have increased" so the fare has gone up by about 30 quids. Then, she emails a link to pay the entire fare+30 quids which leads to a random payment website. I decided to check the reviews before making the payment and the reviews are all fake positive reviews recounting wonderful interactions with very English sounding customer service agents. The agent dealing with me had the thickest Indian accent and was probably sitting in New Delhi. Heavy red flags. Stay away and save your money.
Chaotic
• Ordered tickets at a specified price
• Received "booking confirmation", but no money was taken out of my account
• The following day, received an email telling me they were trying to reach me by phone (but no missed calls on my phone) and to call them back
• Call them back, they tell me the price has gone up by about £100, due to "tax reasons"
• I question this, given that the tax would presumably be the same one day to the next
• Eventually, after some back-and-forth, they say I can just pay the original price
• They mention that the baggage allowance for one leg of the long-haul flight is 0 pieces, i.e. I can't take a suitcase
• I question this, because it contradicts information linked from their own site
• After checking, it turns out I *do* have a baggage allowance for both legs of the flight
• They send a link to the 3rd-party site btpayment.com, which looks extremely sketchy and isn't obviously affiliated with them. I Google it to check it's not a scam site
• Before I get a chance to pay though, they send *another* email saying the payment reference they sent was wrong and to use a different one instead
• I make the payment, feeling confident that if it was some elaborate phishing operation, there's no way they'd be *this* incompetent
• Payment goes through, they send the tickets (a day later than they'd said they would), and I verify the ticket reference number as legitimate
So... it all worked out in the end, but this is *by far* the most chaotic experience I've had buying plane tickets. All the individuals involved were friendly and helpful, but the overall process was just mind-bogglingly convoluted and broken. I definitely won't be using travelcation again.

I don't know this travel agency is the most horrible customer service I have ever seen in my life, I have been calling for a week and they tell me that they call me in 2 minutes in an hour and they never call me again.
It has not solved my problem and I call every day two or three times a day and I still have not solved anything at all and I have the doubt that I am going to solve my problem. I think I'm going to lose my money because these people are very inefficient.
I'm desperate.
Slow to issue tickets, allowed me to cancel
I got an email saying my booking was successful but I had to wait until it was confirmed by the airline. Two hours later, and nothing from the airline. I called them and they allowed me to cancel so I could book directly with the airline. Thanks for providing good customer service.
Bad experience
Bad. "Confirmed booking" then nothing, only to call them and find out the dates aren't available at the price offered and they then tried to move my dates or cancel my booking. If the flights aren't available at the price shown, don't advertise them as such.
Scammers
I have just been scammed out of £1500. Booked tickets, got a processing email and then nothing. Cannot get hold of them at all

This is simply the worst, uncommunicative company I have used and would suggest Google Flights remove them from their list of flight providers. You find the flight you require, you book via their portal, instead of getting instant confirmation you get a “processing email” and then surprise surprise another email advising due to “rises in taxes” they require a further £200 plus. You reluctantly authorised this and two days of zero communication from them and certainly no e tickets or confirmation. Are my flights booked or not???
Terrible service and suggest anyone avoids them. No charge has appeared on my credit card and I have emailed them cancelling the whole transaction and will use a more established partner to book.
Kept me waiting for a week with flights they didn't book.
Booked flights at relatively short notice on Monday, got a confusing notice from them by email saying "Your Booking Successfully Completed" but with text underneath saying "Your booking is now under process."
By Tuesday there was no further message, so I called, was told it would take 2 days to get ticket/confirmation.
On Friday I called again, and this time they said it would take at least 5-6 business days from booking to get the confirmation, but the woman ensured me the booking would go through.
Finally on Saturday I received a message that the "Airline was unable to confirm" the tickets.
I was able to book (and confirm) tickets with a different website almost immediately, but of course at a higher price because it was a week later.
I'm not sure whether this is some dubious business practice or simply incompetence on the part of travelcation.uk, but it cost me time and money and added a lot of stress to my week. I will never, ever, use this company again.
