Horrible website for issuing air tickets

Neither is the website good -- nor are their staff helfpul -- specially Mr Aditya Sharma.

While issuing a flight ticket -- you need to know the baggage, date change & cancellation charges -- their website has not information -- neither does their staff have any clue.

the reply given is -- please issue & then we can check for you....Really???!!!

who issues tickets like that -- especially high value non refundable tickets....

HORRRRRRIBLLEEE!!! is not the word

The guides were super-friendly and full of knowledge and transportation was comfortable.

Knowledgeable travel agent, Mark, offered great ideas for destinations in London. Took all the stress out of planning our trip to the UK! This is my 2nd time using this firm and will continue to use them for all my travel needs.

Our Advisor, Michelle, actively listened to the travel needs of our young family. After we landed on the destination, she was very thorough, finding us options we didn’t know existed; lounge access and express customs knowing we had small children with us was a huge win. Overall the booking experience was great, we never felt rushed at any point, and ended up booking what we imagine to be an incredible trip.

Great experience with agent Ciara. Fantastic worker for both company and clients. However when we paid today the secure site for accepting payment is flawed. Looked like you did not get payment. Sat on phone with bank. It went through. Agent told us looked like it went through but 8 hours later I still do not have a receipt for over $17000! Not good.

The agent is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the service provided.
