Ben was really informative and helpful. Kept us up to date with everything. The booking process was very smooth.

I had been searching online for a long time to book our first ever Med cruise and quite hesitant. Last week, we had our first trip to Venice for for 2 nights and then boarded a cruise for 7 nights across Italy, Montenegro and Greece. Everything was organised so perfectly that we didn’t have a single moment of stress. Every detail was shared with us clearly, and all arrangements — the cruise, two nights in Venice, hotels, transfers and local flights — were sorted out beautifully.

Another truly memorable experience from start to finish! Thank you to the whole team, and especially Steve, who we always liaise with for our holiday breaks. His support and attention to detail make all the difference, and I am always in touch with him to plan our breaks. Already thinking of where to go for our next trip... :-)

Joanne was really helpful putting our Thai holiday together for us. Even when we needed to make changes to fit our availability and the best time to head there. Efficient and good communication throughout. We are using Travel Goals for the first after a recommendation from my wife's colleague and will do soothe review when we get back.

Used Mason to book my China & Japan holiday for myself and my children. He organised everything and even moved things around. Really good with communication.

Alex was brilliant at helping me plan my trip to China and Japan. He always responded quickly to messages and gave clear and relevant information, as well as being available to speak when required.
He also always followed through on his promises to send additional details, something sadly lacking with many.

Exceptional customer service with Travel Goals. Found a trip Travel Goals advertised on FB to visit Milan and an excursion to view the Swiss Alps by train. We wanted a few upgrades on the trip which Ben sorted giving us lots of options and prices straight away. Ben made the trip totally bespoke to our requirements. Communication is exceptional and price of the trip very competitive. Everything about the trip is clearly given with travel advice. I’ll definitely be booking with Travel Goals in future and will be recommending to friends and family. So looking forward to our trip that Ben put together for us.

I think so far this was the best travel agency for me. It catered all my family needs. The itineraries were good & everyone enjoyed. How I wish I could have given more time & extra visit to a few more countries. The services offered online from Joanne was impeccable. I would go back to Travel Goals UK again.
Opportunity: wanted to see the physical store/agency as I would think that probably there’ll be more clients to book(online scamming is rampant nowadays). Overall, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Shanghi and Beijing on a tour curated by Travel Goals UK.
All hotels (B&B) were booked for us as well as all travel with included two bullet train journeys. The hotels were all in good locations and easy to find. No issues with the accomodation and the breakfasts in all hotels were very good.
TGUK put together a very good package, ideal for the more independent traveller. An added bonus was the ability to pay in installments.
For us it would have been nicer to have started in China and ended in Japan - our time in Japan was just the best.
TGUK have a friendly and helpful support team.
I will use them again.

This company put together an excellent tour of China and Japan - yet to go on it - but really looking forward to the highlights and tours involved.
They were extremely patient with us whilst we changed our minds a few times and Mason cannot have been more proactive without being pushy - I always check breakdown of prices versus what I could achieve myself and Mason has provided a cost that beats what I could have done myself - great value - would highly recommend !
