Travel Goals offered a 23 day trip around Asia for an affordable price.
Every agent I spoke to were extremely helpful & the holiday was amazing.
We added transfers to our package, every one turned up on time with very good communication.
The hotels were very good with great breakfasts & situated near to amenities.
A fabulous holiday 🙂

Booking was easy , due to disruptions in the Middle East we did need to make some changes in our flights and felt we had to do a bit too much of the chasing at times (this is really a 4.5 star review) but everything Travel Goals did turned out well, flights, bullet trains, hotels etc.

Regarding the holiday to Japan we had an amazing time as a self guided holiday my advice to anyone doing this is to do your research . You are spending 2.5 to 3 days in each city , you want to plan as much as possible what you are going to do, how long it will take, how you will get there (Japanese public transport is brilliant but read up on it in advance on how to use it).

I strongly advise you watch a lot of youtube in advance, had a reasonable modern smart phone that can run google maps and google translate well (vital for navigation and if you aren't fluent in Japanese) . Iphones allow you to have digital IC cards (look it up) while if you use Android you will need to buy a physical one which isnt the end of the world . We also used the getyourguide app to arrange excursions and they were very good

Japanese hotel rooms are smaller than Western ones (something we expected) but sufficient .

Another tip , the information on luggage for Bullet trains is a bit confusing, you can take on board any standard suitcases that your airline would take on board but you should be able to lift it into the overhead lockers so don't have it too heavy). You can also just had them in front of your feet if you aren't too tall).

My only regret about my holiday is not being there long enough

Just got back from our holiday in Japan and it was amazing. Everything went so smooth, from the flights to the tickets for the bullet trains. The hotels were in amazing locations, couldn’t be more perfect. Thank you so much to Robert and the team.

Responded to an ad on Facebook and made a quick enquiry. We were contacted very quickly back by Mason who was extremely helpful with our multi leg trip to China, Japan and Australia.
Mason couldn't do enough for us, responding quickly to our requirements, chasing us a good price and making small adjustments. We were unsure about a Facebook company to start, but have done our checks and all is good!

We have just returned from a holiday to Japan and South Korea.Travel Goals organisation and attention to detail with the travel, both air and train, plus the hotels was faultless. We stayed in 5 different hotels, each a little different but well appointed and located in areas with great travel infrastructure to any areas you’d wish to visit.
The whole experience, from the initial enquiry to completing the payment for the holiday was smooth. On several occasions we had questions that needed addressing, I think this was more due to us not having done long haul travel before but each question was answered promptly and in-depth.
I will be looking at using the company again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends.

We went with this service for our honeymoon. We chose the 5 in 1 Asia experience, Jess Taylor was extremely friendly and supportive every step of the way . She helped answer all questions and put togetehr a trip that was perfectly suited to us.

This is my second time booking with Travel Goal UK. I couldn’t recommend them more! Easy booking experience and everything covered when you arrive. The prices are also so so good! I can’t find the same packages anywhere near the prices they offer. 10/10

I had not used Travelgoals before and was dubious.
However, i was happy with this company. Was able to communicate via Whatsapp and email. They always responded promptly.
Travelgoals booked my flights, hotels and bullet train transfer between cities.
I did Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka, spending 3 nights in each city.
Airport transfers were not included, but so easy to use the train into the city and cost effective, same for my transfer from Osaka city Hotel to Osaka airport.
Would be good if Travelgoals provides details of airport transfers.
I Googled before I went.
I paid monthly for my trip to spread the cost, which was helpful.
Breakfast at the first Tokyo hotel was a bit poor, but everything else was fine.
Osaka Hotel was a double room, but very small, as was by myself it worked out fine.
Bullet train between cities was spot on.
As a solo traveller, I found Japan easy and safe.
I would recommend Travelgoals and would use them again.

Proposed travel arrangements ticked all the boxes. Amendments to include cultural experiences added seamlessly.

Fantastic communication from day 1 of the booking. All the hotel booked were in very convenient locations. Despite a complicated itinerary, we had no problems. All the transport booked was on time and comfortable.
