This was my first time using Travel Goals. Cannot recommend highly enough. Having seen one of their excellent offers on social media, I reached out on the WhatsApp number and very quickly was in touch with Joanne who was unbelievably helpful in putting together an itinerary for visiting Kuala Lumpur then onwards to Vietnam and Bali before returning home. Took so much stress out of organising such a multi-city trip and included all of the popular day tours in each of the stops. Standard of customer service and communication is second to none- many thanks Joanne for all your help

Samuel was outstanding in organising our trip to Singapore and Thailand. His patience with me changing hotels and flights was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for him, and if it was, bless him, he never sounded it. We have the trip exactly as I wanted it, and I’m very grateful.

I booked this holiday following an advert on Facebook. Now I'm always wary about booking these things, however..... What a great holiday !

From the start the communication from Joanne Baker the representative was very professional and quick often late into the evening. Everything was explained very well and so I booked it.

It was superb, the hotel Christian Hotel was fantastic and very clean. The staff were very helpful and the room was amazing with everything provided soap, tooth past & brush, sewing kit, coffee water and a fridge and also air conditioning.

We bought the car transfer return from the airport and the communication was second to non. The car was waiting for me and on the return was even early.

The Dracula castle trip was a long 12 hr day but very well arranged. You do have to buy the tickets for entry separate, which was easy to do on the bus on the day.

Bucharest well what a superb place. A mix of history with old and new, loads of history and plenty to do.
Quick points -
1. It was very safe to walk around even late at night.
2. It isn't expensive to eat out.
3. The old town is the best area to go to with everything in one place.

Would I go again..... absolutely. Travel Goals UK was really good and that's a honest comment.

I booked a holiday to Japan with Travel Goals, it was easy and smooth to book, the communication was great, Joanne catered the holiday to our needs, I was also kept up to date with any changes. Our experience on this trip to Japan was made perfect by our travel company TRAVEL GOALS. The flights, bullet trains and hotel accommodation were so well organised with great flight connections and transport timings. The trip itself was fantastic, what a great experience. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Mason was really helpful and provided me with all the options I needed to be able to plan my trip. As a solo traveller I was expecting it to be quite expensive but I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the value offered by Travel Goals and their commitment to trying to get me the best holiday.

I recently booked my holiday to Japan through Travel Goals and the service has been excellent from start to finish. A huge shout out to Alex, who has been my agent throughout the entire process.
Alex has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive, making sure every request was met and tailoring the holiday exactly to what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had promptly and thoroughly.
Organising a trip like this myself would have been quite stressful, but Alex made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. Thanks to his support and attention to detail, I can now simply look forward to the trip and focus on creating lasting memories.

I had an excellent experience with travel goals and particularly Joanna who worked very hard to produce a package of a tour and flights for me. She was professional throughout an incredibly helpful at adapting and adjusting the itinerary to suit my needs. I would highly recommend her and the company.

At the stage I have only just booked my holiday but I have nothing but good things to say so far. I enquired with this company initially to see if I could book China and Japan, as far in advance as 2029, this is when I was introduced to Joanne. Initially I wanted to fly from Manchester so Joanne made an itinerary with my preferences, these were indirect flights, I messaged her and she advised what flights would be best so we could fly direct. I also wanted excursions added on to the holiday, Joanne recommended these to me and emailed me a detailed itinerary of all the information for me to read over. Joanne was excellent from start to finish, she was there to answer any questions I had about the holiday and was quick to make any changes that I requested. Thank you so much Joanne for your 5* service, you will be recommended to my family and friends.

Mason was really patient with my requests providing detailed quotes and updating my itinerary regularly, to include different locations and additional travellers. Looking forward to travelling and exploring next year.

Trip to Rommania with 3 castles trip arranged.
Really helpful team loved the fact I could do it over messenger as dont have a lot of time due to work for calls. Planned out the holiday and trips arranged to pay the holiday up.
We changed one of our trips this was all arranged and paid the additional cost. Even arranged for travel to and from the airport as requested.
All information was sent prior to the trip with all the information I would need.
Our trip was great everything went very smoothly. Hotel was great. Our trips were fangtastic. Even had a question which was answered very quickly via messenger on the day.
We were worried about the way back due to the eu new border control issues seen on the news and wanted our pick up back to the airport a bit earlier. This was changed no problems. Highly recommend using Tracel goals for you trip.
