The claims adjustor responded quickly to the claim, requested certain documents and, once he received them, sent me a check for the amount. Paperwork submitted but they keep asking for same info
Tried to submit a claim. Submitted all paperwork via the portal. Received an e-mail about a week later asking for the same info. Info was sent via e-mail since it was previously submitted via the portal. Sent 2 f/u e-mails asking that they confirm receipt. 2 weeks after the materials were originally submitted they same information was requested again and they never acknowledged receipt. Tried to calling but the routing system doesn't allow you to speak to a representative. Had to select other options (as if I needed to change a plan) so that I could talk with someone and get routed to the right department. It's been a month since the claim was first submitted and am still getting the run around. I would seek another agency in the future if travel insurance is to be purchased.

Your claim will be denied!
The coverage is not comprehensive and has hidden limits to what you can use the insurance for. You will not receive an immediate refund but instead must file a claim, which most likely will be denied.
