Steve at Travelheights was fantastic . Steve helped me secure flights within 2 days, sadly I had to fly to NZ as my mother was very ill. Besides this being a very stressful time , Steve kept in constant contact with me updating on my flight status

Initially I was very sceptical of booking tickets with Travel Heights and was a bit worried making a big payment to them but speaking to Rio gave me the confidence to go ahead and book it. He was very sympathetic and understood my worries and gave me options. I took a leap of faith and trusted him more than the company. He sorted out the tickets at a very good price and manage to get a bit of a discount on top. As our flights was for very next day he got our Tickets issued within 6 hours. Overall I was very happy with the service and would definitely call him directly first the next time I need flight tickets.

I spoke to one of the customers services called Jennifer and she was really understanding and was able to help me based on my requirements. Thank you Jennifer!

Dealing with Rachael was great from start to finish, the updates were very fast and the detail was easy to understand, explained well and a great communication.

I was very sceptical at first as I’ve had bad experiences before with travel agencies. We couldn’t find any cheap flights ✈️ , but with the rescue of a helpful travel agent (Rio), he found a us a cheap/good flight ✈️

I had to book a last minute flight back to Australia due to a funeral.
The prices and availability were very limited online.
I was directed to travel heights and was contacted by Jennifer.
To be honest I was apprehensive as I had never heard of them and their price was better than others online.
I needn’t have been the price was good and my flights are all done and confirmed on the same day.
