Extremely unprofessional!! They caused a lot of unnecessary back and forth just for confirmation while not being helpful at all.
Will NEVER buy from this agency again :(

I paid for 1942 DKK for Flexi Book which guaranteed me to change the dates and time for flights for free. Then I received the message that SAS changed the flight time, then for transition between two flights I will have to wait at the airport for more than 12 hours. I requested to change the earlier flight time to be later, at first the Customer Service told me that it wasn't possible, but after I pointing out that on their website they have a better combination which costs even 2000 DKK less than what I have paid for, they checked and told me I actually need to pay 3000 DKK more as in their internal booking system the flight price is 5000 DKK more than their official website price for the same flight!! This makes the use of the Flexi Book totally impossible - if I use my paid Flexi Book package, I need to pay 5000 DKK more, than I just cancel the flight and buy again on their original website!! Therefore the Flexi Book package is totally a fraud and a lie, that only exists for cheating customers' money and to get the customers to pay even more than not using it. I requested refund of the Flexi Book, but all agents insist that it is non-refundable, even though it is totally a lie and fraud and never usable!
I was also threatened by the Customer Service that if I do not accept that the Flexi Book is non-refundable, then I cannot get any of my money back.

Never book with them! I'd booked a ticket to from Copenhagen to Egypt through Istanbul. The ticket is payed and confirmed! Todays ago, I got an email saying that my 1st flight to Istanbul is cancelled without any reason and try to rebook again for free! I tried but then on the website the said, you can't rebook it online and try to call costumer service! I tried several times and each time someone replies that he will refer me to the right department and close the line in my face!! I tries 4th time, someone replied me and told me that I've to pay 400kr to rebook my flight or refund me with 500kr, although It wasn't my responsibility to cancel it!
I told her that I've an email saying that I can do it for free as I's not me, she said sorry we can't do it for free and you have to pay!! I said I won't pay anything! She said okay if you want to cancel the e whole trip you will also pay for the fees for cancellation! And she closed the line in my face with a very very rude behaviour! I'll never neeeeever book with them again!!

bad company. Customer service is in Swedish. Tickets took long time to receive on mail. Please don't buy from this company.

Though the money has been deducted from my account, I did not get confirmation yet.
Their system got stock and I paid two times instead of one time..

Never ever again. Very poor communication. Wanted to cancel my booking by phone and was told to do it online by filling the cancellation form.
After two weeks still no email rcvd no money refund.
Called support and was told because I canceled online so no money refund 😡😡😡 just been cheated… and my money “stolen”

Hassle free booking side. Asks for a lot of options though. Check no through all of them, and the price of the ticket will be exactly as they say

I paid extra to have a flexible ticket but when I tried to contact them to change the return date, there was only a pre-recorded IVR message being played asking to press a key to connect to supporters. No matter what number I press, it always says something in Swedish and hangs up.

- I had to pay 100 more because of having credit card

Regardless whether you have bought the service pack or not, the simple fact remains of which they did not deliver ANY service nor a solution to my situation. Save your money and skip the "middleman"

Everything went almost perfekt, just during the payment I noticed that it said free of charge with credit card, but at the end I had to pay 20 kr, not that I didnt want to pay 20kr, but better to be clear from beginning

The worst experience ever.
First of all, the customer service is poor and close to rude or indifferent. I received my tickets one month later after I asked about my tickets.
Second, due to covid situation, I needed to cancel my flight. After canceling my flight within 7 days, I realized that all my rights have been revoked. No refund is permitted and the worst thing, I can't even rebook my ticket (with or without fees). They just ripped me off 600 euros without getting anything in return.
Once again, please consider at least six times when you buy your tickets from company. The cheapest, the worst.

One of the worst fly ticket experienced I ever had. I bought a ticket with a stop and the connection of the flight deceitfully was written by small font on the very corner of the ticket for another airline! The baggage allowance is reduced for the connection and lots of other troubles as well. They do not answer responsibly and after got paid do not care about anything else!! Shameful.
