We have booked a snorkelling tour at the Great Barrier Reef and both Jesse Kerri-Ann at Travello have been amazing. They made sure I got all of the right info, offered alternatives and when I tried to pay but couldn’t online, Kerri-Ann did it all for me and made paying easy. Would highly recommend using Travello for your holiday plans!!

Due to the cyclone we sadly couldn't do the rest of our planned road trip with the tours we booked which was gutting however we spoke to tharis and she made some great suggestions and recommendations. Thankyou to tharis and the team at trevello, we couldn't recommend tharis enough!

An amazing experience! It was our first time on an Electric Picnic Boat, and it truly felt like my partner was the captain for the day :D. The boat was easy to navigate, and cruising along the water with my family created unforgettable memories. The setup was perfect for a relaxing picnic, and the peaceful atmosphere added to the charm.

I used the iOS app to book because I received a credit discount just for being active on the app. We haven't seen any other company offering discounts just for opening and being active in their app, allowing you to earn credits that can be redeemed for significant savings only Travello does this. It's a nice incentive, and there are lots of activities / experiences to choose from. Plus, there's a group chat where you can connect with other travellers to share suggestions and experiences.

I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, unique family outing or experience to book. The customer support team is always there to make your experience even smoother !!!

Booked a scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef with GSL aviation through Travello in Cairns.
The entire experience was amazing. Perfect weather, wonderful staff and views you only imagine are either photoshopped or in the movies. Guaranteed window seat with the flight path accommodating both sides of the plane ensuring you get an unimpeded view of the reef, islands and turquoise waters no matter where you’re seated. Our pilot Max despite looking 12 (his own words lol) presented as a confident and calm individual which is reassuring given the size of the plane. Would absolutely do it again in a heart beat.

I had 11 nights in Cairns. Jordan the travel agent who looked after me was excellent. He knew each tour in thorough detail and found what suited my needs. Every tour/experience I went on was amazing including scenic flight, snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree tour. Highly recommend.
