Good service by staff and good rate, but misleading experience with order
We got a good rate and the service at the counter was really good. However, we had issues with the opening hours communicated when we placed the order and when we could actually collect our order.
We ordered Online to collect from the local outlet as it promises a better rate, which was fine. However, when we were placing the order, it clearly stated that the selected outlet was open as usual on the relevant days. However, after we got the email saying that our order is ready to be collected, we got a call from the outlet saying that they'd only be open for limited hours and won't even be open on Saturday. This proved to be very inconvenient for us, as, due to work, we weren't able to make it at their 'new' times. Good thing we were not in a big hurry.
The staff at the outlet were super helpful and did what they could. However, as a company they need to be far more accurate with what they communicate to the customer at the time of placing the orders. If you don't have enough staff, make sure you handle that rather than misleading customers.

Just to clarify, we weren’t able to release the order because the name entered at the time of purchase didn’t match the ID provided — even a small spelling difference can prevent us from legally handing it over. We know this can be inconvenient, but these checks are in place to protect our customers.
If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
False advertising with currency exchange rate guarantee.
Business offered a guarantee to reimburse the difference if the currency rate improved. NOT TRUE!
I have just been denied the difference by the Morayfield Store.
I was a regular customer having purchased Thai Baht, British pounds, Euro & Japanese Yen since beginning of this year but happy to find another more honest currency trader.

Initially a great experience
Initially a great experience. I ordered my currency online and paid for it. I received a confirmation email just an hour later to say it was packed and ready for me to collect. What great service.
However, when I headed to the counter the following day I found a short queue which I quickly joined. After 30 minutes the queue had still not moved. It took me an hour to get to the front and collect my currency (this took 2 minutes - I just had to show my drivers licence).
It turns out everyone else in the queue had not pre-ordered currency and there was only one person serving at the counter. I would suggest a separate queue for people who pre-order their currency.
I’ll think twice before using this service again

Initially purchase currency online rather than directly at their kiosk to gaurentee the money and save a trip. Went to collect and unfortunately staff were at lunch so had to return the next day. Returned next day, staff nice enough but getting large bills doesn't work, I hadn't read the fine print of better rater but bigger notes... not super helpful for traveling would have been happier to have lower rate. Would probably try somewhere else next time to compare
