Very disappointed that I cannot top up with Malaysian Ringgit as I spent upto 3 months a year there. However, it is a convenient and safe way to carry travel money

Not to worry about losing my money instead of using my debit card if his
Couldn’t make a single payment on my card or contactless absolutely useless
Bit difficult to get at first but after that it’s great
Wanted it to go on holiday with mates after my 18th was a bit difficult to get one cause I didn’t have a credit score or something but you can get a generic one that works the same but just won’t be linked to your credit score
I needed a new card due to a potential scam on a holiday booking. The lady I spoke to was really helpful, and kind, giving very sound advice. A new card was provided within very few days. I find the card easy to use and the rates are usually better than using a bank credit card abroad.
I needed to add funds to my card whilst on holiday, this was quite difficult and ended up with me having to make two phone calls, one to my bank and one to the Post Office before funds cold be added, not ideal.
Was pretty simple to order the card and easy to use. Quick delivery
Unexpected call from Colin from the PO Travel Card, Fraud Protection team to check if everything was ok as there had been a number of failed attempts to use my Travel Money card yesterday....which i knew was true..as it was me ! When I advised what I'd been trying to do, Colin explained calmly and reassuringly what had happened and reset my cards credentials enabling me to use the card successfully within minutes of our conversation. It was so lovely to speak to Colin...he was polite calm informative and funny ...such a refreshing change than having to deal with an AI chatbot ! Many thanks Colin..hope your management team recognise what a star they have in you! Best wishes 😊 id also like to say the Travel Money card is great ..I tell everyone I know to get one..they're handy for using both in the UK to purchase goods and services and also when travelling abroad ..😊

Absolutely rubbish customer service non existent and impossible to spoeak to anyone. I have had multiple unauthorised payments been taken from our travel card amounting to over £12 every time the card was used weather it was in a machine or in a shop. It can’t possibly hidden charges from the post office or anything as we was assured both by them and their details online that the card is free to use. I need someone from post office customer service to contact me immediately as they don’t have a fraud provision like all banks are card do and have to by law. How can this even be allowed why are the post office still trading after such massive scams. What ever you do don’t get a travel card either use local cash or your normal cards or even just your own currency where there is actually 0 charges unlike post office who have charged me to load the card gave the most terrible exchange rates now I’m being his with charges that are nearly equal to my spend so it’s currently costing us over 100% to use a post office travel card??

Travel money card doesn't work in Australia. Tried in 3 different outlets, at the airport, in a pharmacy and in Sydneys main art gallery. Tried to use pin rather than tap on didn't work.
Same problem - Card not accepted each time.
Looked online, no help.
At a loss.....

This card is great. The app is really easy to use, so can load money onto it with no problems. Been a great thing to have.

Absolutely appalling organisation and unfit for purpose. Stay well clear of this outfit, they're a bad lot all round.

Found it a very useful and efficient process. I could top up the card during my holiday and check the balance on my phone. This was useful as I had to travel to some areas where I could have been robbed and it meant I could just put the money on the card I needed for the day.

The ladies in the Post Office were very helpful in explaining everything and answering my queries. Using the card was very easy when I arrived at my destination.

Card didn't work. Was sent the wrong Pin, rang Customer helpline, no answer. A complete waste of time.
