Exceptional and honest customer service!
It’s best to call them instead of using their online portal. I purchased 2 airline tickets from Washington DC to Mumbai. Jessica from Travelopod offered me the flights and the discounted fare I wanted. It was less expensive as compared to other online sites. She explained to me that a full fare will be charged to my CC and the discount will be refunded to me via Zelle. I was little apprehensive about the verbal nature of the discussion, but trusted them and went with it. Within 24 hrs I received my tickets and, on the 3rd day, I received the refund in my bank account. Thank you Jessica and Travelopod! I will use them again for my future travels needs.
