Quick & easy, with one small problem
My flight booking was quick and easy. I would rate 5 stars, if the dropdown select for the country of the person's id had Greece as first option, or at least didn't have a very strange country selected by default. It is a detail, but it can cause a number of mistakes for the user.

15 minutes to arrive to speak to somebody from the company , when I needed to ask something.Finally they gave me wrong information about the kilos I had the right to take with me flying to Skiathos from Athens , with the SKY EXPRESS . Also they didn t know how much they charge the overweight per kilo . "We work with many companies and we can t have these details " they answered " you have to call the company "( SKY EXPRESS ) !!
Finally when I called the company , they answered me immediately ! So tell me why to use this Travelplanet24 ??

The baggage allowance, depends on the airline company’s policy and type of fare selected when making the booking.
We have looked into your case and we can confirm that the information you received from our representative was the same information as provided in the airline company's website, according to the selected fare.
As far as the cost of additional baggage, we would like to inform you that in some cases the airline companies do not permit baggage to be added through the ticketing system.Thus it can only be added after contacting them directly.
Since we do not have access to their baggage system we are in no position to know how much the extra cost will be.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
