This is Scam and all positive review they re doing for their self..

Over 5 month I can't get my money from Travelrefund.com...Travel airline company wrote me that it was fully paid..All what they re doing just lying for customers to make more customers and more money..After few month Alma Travelrefund told me that aircompany doesn't responded for them and they re going to close my case..NEVER fill up and USE THIS SWINDLERS application form and SCAM GANG company THEY WILL CHEAT YOU..!

We are very sad to see that you are unsatisfied with our work and we are taking everything you have written into consideration, since our must important mission is to make sure that the passengers are happy and satisfied. We always want to live up to our full potential and expectations, so we are very sorry that you feel this way.

Back in september you contacted us and claimed that the airline had paid your compensation to us, after having filed the claim with Airhelp also. As i have mentioned several times, we have never received an aknowledgement or a payment from the airline and you are not allowed to file the case with several companies - No matter how unsatisfied you are with the outcome. When i have not received a payment from the airline, i can't possibly pay you your share. I have tried to explain this to you several times, but you are rather persistent that we have received the payment just because Airhelp claims this. In the light of this, we have of course initiated an investigation to look for the payment, but we have been unable to find anything and the airline still never responds to our letters. We give the airline very specific instructions on how to pay and if they do not follow these, for example refer to your casenumber on the payment, we are never able to locate the payment.

I must distance myself from your accusations of fraud and being swindlers, since there is no ground to this and we as a company have helped many passengers. We understand that these cases can take a long time and that it is unfair that the airline wont aknowledge the rights that we also believe you have, but i can assure you that we are on your side. Our business model assures every passenger that we are on the same side, since we do not get paid before the airline pays and we also take on all cost and hope to get it covered by the airline in an eventual court case. This should be evident proof that we are a company that works for a mission to get the airline to aknowledge the rights of passengers. In a perfect world, our company would not have to exist, but unfortunately the fact is that the airlines continously does not live up to EU Regulation 261/2004.

We have sent you an email in november, in which we never received a respons to. Please do contact us by email, so we can figure out how to proceed, since we still want to work on your case and help you, but we will only do so if you want us to.

Was a bit wary of this site but had nothing to lose so gave them a go and must say they are brilliant 100 percent trust worthy got me my refund off the airline and kept me up to date the whole way through the process would definitely recommend

I had a delay and because of that had…

I had a delay and because of that had to stay a night in paris, what cost me a extra day at work. Because of Travelfund I got €850 back! Almost the total amount of the 3 full tickets! Very happy! Thank you so much

The claim for all extra expenses due to my canceled flight was paid after 10 months

My flight was cancelled when I was at the gate before boarding. I received a refund for my ticket, but I wasn't sure if it would be possible to claim my new hotel booking and transportation expenses that night. I applied to Travelrefund and after a long period, I received the claim payment for those expenses. The team always were sharing updates and responsive to my follow ups. I kept my expectations low but surprisingly it was accepted and I’m very pleased. So, It's worth a try, even if there's even the slightest chance.

Really impressed

Simply Professional and Effective

It was so user-friendly to go through the processes, I got it done in 10 minutes. I was informed every time there was an update on my issue and I got it refunded after multiple attempts which I highly appreciate. I didn't even think I held a strong case but there we go, I got my 280 EUR back!
