I definitely do not recommend it.

I applied to this company with great misfortune. When my flight was cancelled, I contacted a British Airways employee at the airport, and I was given a website of Travelrefund on a British Airways flyer and instructed to make a claim through this address. My understanding here was that it has been working as a customer service for British Airways already, as it was not acting like a different company. It is the first time that I had such an experience. Imagine that, you couldn't get on the plane and you enter your information into the address given to you without knowing what to do at the airport in a hurry.

Since I have not received any (positive) response or feedback from their side for a long time, I asked British Airways directly by myself to understand what should be done. They responded to my request and solved it after a short while. It happened in November but a few weeks ago I got an e-mail from Travelrefund that they want from me 75 EU as a compensation fee. Because they learned that I solved my problem myself with British Airways and according to their rules it couldn't be done and I didn't really know it. When I explained it them, they didn't believe me. They said if I didn't pay the fee they would give it to the deb collector. What will I pay 75 EU for and how was this amount determined? I don't think anyone would want to work with such a company that doesn't understand people and will leave you in debt for an incomplete service and an unresolved case.

The company is a scam
I used to apply for a compensation and they didnt reply to me so i started with another company
Now they say that they have made the application and they need money form me instead of giving me my compensation
They just wabt to steal money from you

Never give up!

TravelRefund handled my claim against British Airways brilliantly. it was an awkward claim because we were re-booked onto a flight a day later which then arrived on time. There was no way that I could use the British Airways claim system using our booking number that would show that we actually left and arrived a day later.

Simple claim

I've been waiting for 3 months to receive a refund for a claim with Swiss Air. The only thing they've managed to do so far is getting hacked. I'm sure there are company's that can handle your claim and your sensitive information better than this.

P.S.
Their claim that I haven't provided them with additional information is false. I have pro actively send them a mail explaining my case, including my case number. But as it turns out now they have failed to link the information to my case and have not send this information to the airline.

It's important to note that while we aim to resolve cases as quickly as possible, the duration can vary depending on various factors, and it's not uncommon for cases to take up to 6 months or even several years to reach a resolution. This depends on the airline and wether the case has to go to court or not. Your case is difficult because you have noted you are denied boarding, without sending us the requested description and proof in this case. Denied boarding cases are hard to win, because this is not directly addressed in the EU regulation 261/2004 and the reason for a passenger being denied boarding can vary. Therefore we kindly ask you to answer the email, i have just resend.

Upon filing a case with us, we send a claim to the airline with a deadline of 30 days. However, due to the airline's typical response time of more than a week, we often face delays in receiving their response.

We understand your frustration with the delay in your case, and we want to assure you that we're actively working on it. You received an email on March 11th informing you that your case is being evaluated for court, and this process may take some time. We kindly ask for your patience and assure you that we're doing everything we can to expedite the process.

5 Star experience! In my case it was a delayed flight +…

In my case it was a delayed flight + cancelled flight + expenses. I read the reviews about Travel refund and decided to reach out. They were with me all through the process, constantly notifying me how far my case is until the end when they won my case in the court and refunded me my money. It was a great experience for me. I highly recommend Travel refund!

Working with TravelRefund was a smooth…

Working with TravelRefund was a smooth and satisfying experience. I saw some adverts about people, getting a refund, for their flight delay. I was reluctant, thinking this was just another ongoing torture and that I would have to endure, months of waiting.
Well, how wrong I was. finding travelRefund on Google was easy and the process took me a few min. After 2-3 emails and only 2 weeks. I receive the good news.

Overbooking

I had an overbooking experience for my flight in which I got stuck in Barcelona. I decided to ask for compensation and I asked Travel refund for help.
Overbooking are not the simplest of cases, but they kept me informed at every single step and in the end I got my due compensation! So thank you!
