Arnaque

I bought two bags from Travelstarterpack before (now Thinkolives). The bags came from China I saw on the order tracking. I think it's overpriced and I also found the same bag at Shein cheaper. One of the bags broke and I can't even carry it anymore. Poor quality .. Avoid

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM!!

I ordered my bumblebee bag in January, emailed them in February to which they replied it was due to be sent out within the week. It is now August and I never received a damn thing. Tracking info was never even entered. I emailed them again and their email no longer exists. STAY AWAY!!

Great customer service, good product!

Ordered the green bumblebee backpack from them a while ago after seeing their ad on Instagram. Had an issue with shipping (which was the fault of the postal office rather than the company) so I contacted TravelStarterPack support via email and they were quick to fix the issue and reship the bag without me needing to worry about anything.
It arrived eventually and was just as described. It smelled like plastic but that's nothing unusual for pleather items, more importantly the smell went away rather quickly on its own.
I used some sewing skills to turn the backpack straps into a longer shoulder strap and have been using it that way since. I treat all my bags with care so it didn't get any rough handling or anything, it still looks like the day I bought it about a year ago. I absolutely can't complain.

I bought one of the TSP backpacks only a month ago and after only a few weeks of average use it is already broken and looking terrible and impossible to get in touch with customer service.

***** SCAM *****

***** SCAM *****
Do not order from Travel Starter Pack, it is a scam. I placed an order two months ago for a bumble bee back pack with the intention of giving it to my sister for Christmas, and I still haven’t received my order despite contacting costumer service. The progress on the tracking number hasn’t been updated in a month... I do not think I will recive my package. Hopefully I can be refunded, but I’m pretty sure I got scammed 😭

Damaged product

I recently purchased a Bumblebee Green Leather Backpack from Travelstarterpack for my sister’s birthday in September. My sister used her back twice and the handle has come away from the stitching at the back of the rucksack. I have messaged the company to be told they have a 30 day warranty on damaged goods. I was not aware of this and it does not state this on their site. They have offered me the option to purchase a new bag at a reduced rate, but it’s cheaper on Amazon and I certainly would not use this company again. I have sent further messages, which they have read but ignored. Their website only shows the good reviews and not the bad

Horribly Overpriced!

Saw an ad on instagram, and wanted to buy a backpack from them. However, it was $100!
I looked up the title of the backpack online and found the exact same one on amazon for $26... companies like these will get you. Be careful.

Just like the pictures, very cute and good customer service

I saw the Bumblebee backpacks on Instagram and they were sooo cute! Bought one in gray for a friend and one in brown for me (2nd one was 30% off) and we're both very happy that they look just like the pictures.
The package took 10 days to arrive (I live in Germany). One of my straps were a bit broken, so I messaged Travelstarterpack on Instagram. They replied immediatly and will send me a new strap!
