Shane was my direct contact in Visa TravelPro. I had tried to complete the online application myself but questions are ambiguous and confusing. Shane completed the application while I was on the phone and provided clear and consise directions to submit my passport to Travel Pro for them to present to the Chinese embassy avoiding a trip with expenses. Easy and Fast
Mac was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was able to prioritize my request and ensure all of my documents were apostilled and translated within 2 weeks of me submitting a request. The pricing is expensive, but that could be do to the fast turnaround time requested.
