False or fake information before and after purchase.
The purchase was quite easy to do but, I paid premium because it was written that then cheapticket would not ask for no money in case of cancelation or change of the flight, when, after have purchased the flight, it says in the description of my flight dat its not even possible to do so. Also, I paid for 2× 20kg luggage and in the tickets description says 2× luggage not exceeding 15kg. Very disappointed with this. Not to mention that also was €101 taxes added to the tickets, wich was just in the description of the tickets costs afterwards the purchase, not even giving the opportunity to the client to opt to buy or decline the purchase. There was no notification to the tickets price saying inc. or exc. taxes.

All prices shown on the search page include mandatory taxes and fees. The payment overview displays these costs broken down separately for full visibility before the booking is confirmed.
The Premium service package waives CheapTickets service fees if a flight is voluntarily changed or cancelled. Airline fees for changes or cancellations still apply according to the ticket rules set by the airline.
Regarding luggage, the booked ticket includes 15 kg of baggage per piece as selected during the process. Additional weight can be added directly through the airline's website prior to departure or at the airport check-in desk.

Very bad experience, we booked a flight and they cancelled in the last minute we had to buy another ticket, and the refund is in 8 weeks

Since the refund was accepted to purchase a new ticket, the request was immediately processed with the airline.
Airlines handle all refund processing directly, which typically takes up to 8 weeks to complete. The funds will be transferred back to the original payment method as soon as the airline releases them.

Waiting on a refund
Waiting on a refund, the airline cancelled the flight but we have to wait maybe 10 weeks. Never again a flight by cheaptickets because this is not cheap.

Airlines handle the processing and release of all funds, which means it can take up to 10 weeks for the money to be returned to the original payment method. As soon as the airline releases the funds, the money is transferred back immediately.
Prices on the website cover the setup and handling of bookings, along with support before, during, and after the journey. However, the wait time for cancelled flight refunds depends entirely on the processing speed of the airline.

Can’t add baggage later on.
I tried to add baggage. Cheap tickets kept referring me to the airline company and the airline company kept referring me to cheap tickets. I contacted cheap tickets about this and they told me they couldn’t help me and I’d have to take it up with norwegian at the airport before my flight. They told me this wouldn’t cost extra, the airline company told me it does. They’re unhelpful and uninformed. Will never book through them again.
