One of the most bad experience i have ever had i, I missed my flight i didn’t got any help because it wasn’t my fault and the customer services need years to give u answer or to help you , i better pay extra in any other platform but not here anymore.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience. I bought a ticket for a flight and there was so many extra fees that came afterwards (if they would let know in the beginning I would be more prepared or decide to look elsewhere) including luggages €50 per person that arent included and visa payments €70 euros and had to stay over in another country more than 350 euro extra in fees. This is not cheaptickets this is a rip off. Im never booking again.

When booking a trip with separate connecting flights (a self-transfer package), the rules and baggage fees apply per individual flight. Because the flights are separate, you must re-check your luggage and go through customs; this is indicated during the booking process. Consequently, travel documents, such as a visa for the transfer, and any hotel stays during a long layover are the traveler's own responsibility.

Booked the flights on the wrong dates by a month. Unfortunately could not change the dates. But did manage to get a cancellation with a fee. Which did bring back most of the money. Customer service was very helpful with that
