Bought this product before reading the awful reviews and tried to cancel my order. Received absolutely no response. It as now arrived and the reviews live up to how awful it is. Does not work how it’s advertised too. I have no hope for a return as there is no customer service information easily available!

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised after reading the comments on here, but I received my hair styler in good time. I had read all the faq’s and was already prepared with a 250v euro to uk plug adapter. I couldn’t wait to try it out as I had always struggled to curl my hair. Well, I love it! It is fabulous, and I am so enjoying creating new styles. I haven’t had to use straighteners since I got it. I think where people go wrong is trying to use the wrong adapter with too low voltage.

I have tried a lot of different curling irons and straighteners, but always gotten a flat or fake result. The travx styler not only gives my hair a natural and healthy look, but it also saves me a lot of time!

Nice product, I recommend it.

Edit: after their reply on my post I have contacted them again to send me the return lable and the chat robot tells me every time that they will email me the lable within 24 hrs. and guess what after every 24 hrs I write them again and they ask me to wait another 24 hours! I'm now stuck with their product which I dont want !! fine I will do something about it but why am I not able to return it????

I ordered travx airwrap from this company.For whatever reason I want to return it back. There is absolutely no information how to return it I kept contacting them via there customer service but absolute no response!! they didn't even bother to respond.. worst customer service. I dont recommend anyone to buy from them where they don't value the customer !

I bought the 6 in 1 styler which broke after 30 seconds of plugging it in. I bought a new plug adaptor and it still wasn't switching on. I emailed the support team who asked for video evidence which I sent and I have been chasing for a response since for the last 7 days. The item is faulty and I want my money back but customer service has been non existent. I would not recommend buying from this company!

Bought the Product as a valentines gift, it came 2 weeks after it was supposed to. I contacted customer service for a refund as I had to buy a replacement gift and kept being offered a % of the refund ( which I believe was a tactic to delay the refund process so the 14 days refund policy kicked in) even though I requested one in due time I was still denied a refund.. the product is not shipped from within the UK, mine was from Germany. If you wish to eventually return the item due to a fault or 2 weeks delay, they’ll say you have to ship to China & pay for it yourself which makes no sense. No response from them since last week.. Stay clear.

Good product for the price, but the dryer feels a little bit cheap since it’s plastic material. but it does the job of the air wrap, which is a good option instead of buying a Dyson for £400. But when I place the order, I wanted to cancel it within 20 minutes because I changed my mind. After ordering the product I read reviews which were not good that’s why I wanted to cancel it even though I should’ve read reviews before purchasing the product which was my mistake. I have contacted customer service. They replied me within minutes and cancelled my order but a few days after still received an email Saying that my order was shipped, then I contacted customer service again and they told me that I need to return the product paying for the shipping Myself and that they won’t give me any free label, Even though they could not cancel the product on time and they still shaped it after I cancelled after ordering it. After that after a few conversations, we agreed on a 40% refund, but I still didn’t receive anything.

EDIT: they have refunded me the money promised. Now I have increased from three star to 4 star. Four star Is because of the experience and the product itself Does the job of the Dyson which is good for the price.

Its extremely cheap. It has been roughly 2 months only and mine its not turning on already!

Absolutely awful company stay away! I purchased the hairstyler only to recieve a faulty product! They claimed to have sent out a replacement which they never did! I wanted a refund and said because I was out of 2 week window I couldn't have my money back I have been chasing, chasing and chasing. I have a whole email chain, think I need to escalate this further. This has been ongoing since February and it's now April. Don't get duped like me!

I love it, it is so easy to use and very quick results, fabulous 👌

Couldn't quite get on with the hair wrap part of the airstyler, however that could be down to me! Unfortunately it only worked for 3 months, has since stopped working. When contacting customer services they advised there was only a 90 day warranty, however website states 2 years. I've been going around in circles with customer service. I originally wanted a replacement but now I just want a refund as I'd rather not have to deal with this company again. Currently chasing them for contact, have not heard anything yet.
So ok product (if it works!) if you're more competent than I am with styling your hair, however I would avoid due to poor customer service.

I've received the refund from Travx now, however this was only due to me contacting my card provider who chased them up from their side. However once my card provider contacted them they did a very prompt refund to my account.

Completely rubbish airdryer. Item worked for 10 seconds only, was complete faulty. Customer service is pathetic and a month on. Im still waiting for my refund. Which I now think I will never get. Also had to pay for the return.. £82 down the drain. Total scam DO NOT BUY.

I really like this product. I love that you get an attachment for each side.
The curls don’t last very long if done on dry hair but will hopefully last longer when doing it straight after the shower.
Shipping took a long time but I’m in the UK. I bought it through the UK website but it came with an EU plug which is really annoying.

Very disappointed with the customer service, I had read review which put me off buying this item. 2 friends recommend it to me so decided to purchase it knowing there is a 14 day trial. I contacted them via the contact us on their website it specifies to allow 24 hours for a response, as I had received no response I contacted them via Messenger on Facebook and no response either.
I did receive a response to my email eventually on Thursday (your SLA states 24 hours) which I have replied too as the response stated that I was outwith the 14 day return policy as it is from the date of my order. According to your website it states it is 14 days from date of receipt. If I do not receive a satisfactory response I will have no hesitation to contact my card provider to request a disputed transaction!

Just received my trav x 6 in 1 styler and it won’t turn on. Complete waste of money!

Was really impressed with mine when I got in. But it has stopped working, at only 3 months old! I have contacted TravX, who were initially responding but when there was mention of them replacing my product they have suddenly stopped responding. Really disappointing customer service

Have since been contacted by TravX again asking more information which I provided, they acknowledged and then once again said they would pass it to another team, and once again I have not heard anything further.

I also received communication through this review from “virtual assistant” saying that they would send me a replacement product, but then in the next sentence saying that sometimes products go missing int he post and they can do nothing about this! So in other words, I am not going to receive anything! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY!

My mum bought this for my bday and had ordered 2 by mistake, she emailed straight away and was assured one was cancelled and refunded. The order took so long to come she bought me something else but when travx came 2 arrived. Emailed straight away to see about returning and they are saying we need to return to china even though it’s advertised as Europe. Can’t even use because now read it’s a 2 pin plug. They are ignoring the emails and being so unhelpful with return/refund. To return to china will cost around £40 with the worry that we don’t even get any money back. Already out of pocket £110! Shocking a company can take your money and do this!

BE AWARE. I was dubious to order but the reviews reeled me in. It may only be £60 in the sale compared to a Dyson or better branded airwrap but you get what you pay for. Still I’d like to think Travx would honor a full refund, regardless of price, it should last longer than 9 weeks.

Only ordered in January, received early Feb & used ten times at most. Tonight it caught fire, very scary! When it worked it was a fabulous addition, doing wonders with my hair. I did read on the instructions or online that the burn smell would lessen with use but mine did quite the opposite.

Would very much like a full refund. I imagine the element has burnt out. I cannot see any hair or blockage to cause the burnout. Gave me quite a fright.
