Lack of communication

I booked a parking space with TRC Park and Fly and received a confirmation of my reservation. Shortly afterwards, the booking was cancelled by the company due to what they claimed was a pricing error.

I was assured that my refund would be processed on May 28, 2026. However, I have still not received my money.

I have contacted the company several times to ask about the status of my refund. At first, I received vague responses, but now I am not getting any replies at all. For more than a month, I have repeatedly tried to reach them to recover my money, but there has been no response whatsoever.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and failure to issue a refund have left me with very little confidence in this company..

If I could give 0 stars i would

We had an agreement to be picked up by 10:00. But we first got picked up by 11:00. We had to carry our own luggage, because he was mad that we confronted him. For the price this is not what we payed for. We had to call him 10 times each from 5 different numbers before he finally picked up.
