Never had problems with using this service, and I switched to it because the other provider's website kept crushing at the moment of payment. So have only been buying tickets with tre for the last few months

Legit site, fast and easy purchase
Ticket purchase was extremely easy, literally just a couple of clicks. After the purchase, they have sent me the ticket via WhatsApp automatically, to whom how, but I think it is a nice feature. Also, now (3rd of June 2024) they give you 30% discount if you book a ticket towards Kutaisi Airport. Not my first time buying a ticket through this website and definitely not the last one as well.
For Stadler train a bag of 35 kg and seat selection are included in the price.
You can pay with Visa/MC/Amex, or just use Apple Pay. The process is super simple
