I was looking for a treadmill belt for my Proform Zt3 machine and chatted with Mike, who was most helpful and was able to get one in about 4 days.

Treadmill Doctor was great! I got the part I needed in just two days and was able to repair our old treadmill which we have to our son.

Running belt arrived on time working well

Overall the treadmill deck is great. My only complaint would be that I had to drill all the holes to install the deck which was time consuming

I originally received the wrong treadmill belts, but they sent the correct size the second time. I received both orders within a few days of placing the order and the staff was very helpful.

The belt on our treadmill needed to be replaced so we ordered a new one through the treadmill doctor. We were easily able to find the right belt and ordered it. We paid the extra to have it shipped quicker and we’re very happy with the order to delivery time. Our treadmill is back up and “running”.

I ordered and received a replacement tread for Proform QT 835. The recommended service company refused to service my machine. So, I have a new tread with no means of installing it on my treadmill.

I called for a new belt for my Nordic Track- very helpful man on the phone -received the new belt in 3 days- standard shipping.

Very helpful service! The gentleman I spoke with gave me wonderful and helpful information on how to replace and align the walking belt. Shipping was right on time and received the belt in 2 days. Well packed and in excellent condition. I will go through treadmill doctor again!

Great service. Had an older recumbent stationary bike from Precor am I needed new pedals. The chat person was quick and told me exactly which part number to buy. I did, and it was the right part and they set the right expectation with delivery. I am very happy.

You had to ship me parts twice to get it right. The part you sent initially didn't meet the specs of of the length as inscribed on the inner side of the belt. Operator labeled it as “defective part”before sending me another part, this time with a longer length.
