Great service. Had an older recumbent stationary bike from Precor am I needed new pedals. The chat person was quick and told me exactly which part number to buy. I did, and it was the right part and they set the right expectation with delivery. I am very happy.

You had to ship me parts twice to get it right. The part you sent initially didn't meet the specs of of the length as inscribed on the inner side of the belt. Operator labeled it as “defective part”before sending me another part, this time with a longer length.

Our treadmill had been left behind by the previous owners of the house we bought. We used the treadmill regularly for about 2 1/2 years. It stopped responding to presses on the control panel keys. I sent an email to Treadmill Doctor describing the problem. They responded within a day, sending information about the keypad replacement they said should work for my treadmill. I purchased the keypad and it arrived quickly. Following included instructions, I replaced the keypad in about 30 minutes and the treadmill has been working fine.

The part I ordered, an idler roller for a treadmill, came promptly. I watched a few YouTube videos, and replaced the defective roller. Runs as quietly as when it was new. The first time I ever attempted to repair or replace a part in anything!

We have ordered a few things over the past couple years from Treadmill Doctor. I am impressed with their customer service. If we needed to exchange anything or something wasnt right they were quick to make it right! 5 star company.

Treadmill was delivered on time, and for the price I'm very pleased. Rows great with water resistance and so far seems to be exactly what I ordered and what I need.

The product i bought from you broke in 2 weeks.and is a big hassle to get it replaced.

All parts fit well. The rollers, especially the bearings mounting and fit inside the rollers, may be better than original. The bearings in the new rear roller look very heavy duty and industrial. The treadmill is from about 2011. It now runs with less noise than when new. Very smooth and almost eerily quiet. Packing of, and packing material, of the shipment could have been done better. A little bit better clarity in the product details on the website would help. I was not 100% confident that I had ordered the correct items, because there were several choices. Other than those two anomalies, all worked out very well and we are happy with the results. Tracking takes awhile to get the tread belt in alignment and centered, so please be patient and make small adjustments. It appears to be temperature dependent.

You sent my a package purchased by another customer in another state...I have contacted you customer service and they are correcting you shipping department error.

Was able to get the part I needed to fix my Sole treadmill for a fraction of the cost a repairman quoted.

No issues with product or service. Arrive in tact and on time.
