We love Treasure Realty. They have never ceased to be professional, polite, helpful, quick to respond in any situation. When you go in the office to pick up your keys, it’s like visiting old friends again.

The associates at Treasure Realty were communicative and clear. The check-in packet was wonderful, and they took the time to explain it all. I just loved the condo, as did my entire family. It was clean and just as described online. I'll be returning to rent another condo next summer. Great job! :)

I have always had a good experience renting through Treasure. The houses are clean and it has been an easy check-in / check-out process. I do think the check-in should be a little earlier so it doesn't seem like the majority of the first day is gone by the time you get to the house. We have only had a maintenance issue once but we were able to have it resolved within a day. Payments are easy and I have switched to Treasure for the last couple years because they consistently have great customer service.

This was our first time renting from Treasure Realty and we were really impressed with their clear communication and how easy they were to rent from! The condo we rented was just as described, very clean, and the entire facility (Shipwatch Villas) so nice. If we venture to N. Topsail again, we'd most definitely go thru Treasure Realty next time!

I enjoy working with Treasure reality. Very honest, reliable, very informative company. I have booked all my beach stay vacations through them and never had any issues. Wether I had any questions or needing just to talk to any one there, they have always been friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I plan on doing business with them again in the future.

When there was a glitch in our rental being ready for our week, Jennifer came through with a bigger and better home for us. It was a terrific way to avert a disappointment to 14 members of my family. We would recommend Treasure Realty. When the going got rough, they came through with flying colors!

We rented a house at Topsail beach and rented linens as well. The house was perfect the linens were there when we arrived! It was perfect

For a decade, Treasure Realty has provided excellent service to us for summer rental houses. They are responsive, good communicators and accurate in their descriptions of properties.

My only point of dissatisfaction is that while almost all of the agents I speak with by phone are cordial and friendly, there are some that are indifferent, curt, and seem bothered by my call. I don’t like being treated that way, and I know the owners and managers at Treasure would not approve.

Treasure Reality was super easy to work with for our vacation rental. The contracts and agreements were clear and concise. No issues or surprises. The house was very well appointed, clean, and nicely decorated. Check in and check out were effortless.

We had a great week in an amazing house Treasure Realty made everything go smoothly.
