Most everything was great. We had a misunderstanding where Treasure told me we had to sign another form about 3 days before checkin. There was a rush receiving these forms and emailing signed forms back to Treasure.
Everything else was perfect! Thanks!

This isn’t a complaint to Treasure but If someone could relay to the owners. We had trouble getting the living room DVD player to work. If someone could please have step by step written instructions on how to use the DVD player.

I have been going to Topsail for several years and this was the first time I used Treasure Realty. The house was in perfect condition when I arrived. I did have an issue with the Wi-Fi. The staff was prompt in addressing my needs and it was fixed within 30min. I plan to use them next year!

We have booked our vacation rentals for Topsail through Treasure Realty for all of our 11 trips. The booking process is easy and any problems we've had while on vacation are always addressed.

Great customer service! The home we initially reserved was not available due to maintenance issues. Treasure Realty received short notice on this but was able to get us into a comparable home at a discount. The home was beautiful! We will definitely be booking with Treasure Realty again.

We had three issues with the rental property.....went to the office in Surf City and talked directly to a rep about them and was assured they would be taken care of immediately. 2 days later it took a second contact Treasure Realty to get the issues looked at. The first "face to face" was never put into the system by the rep. Other than not having anything "fixed" while we were there for the remainder of our rental period, we did have a great time not only on the property but at the beach and surrounding area as well.

Great Service, true to word on the site. Our room was not ready until the given 3:00PM check-in time but at first we were given an incorrect set of keys, had to drive all the way back to the office for a different set. Once this was handled vacation went great. The room was true to the website and no issues came up. Great people and place to work with.

They are very friendly and quick to respond with any problems. Highly recommend Treasure Realty!

I've rented from Treasure Realty several times now. Always been pleased with the properties and with the way they have been represented on the Treasure Realty website. Customer service folks have been pleasant and helpful on the phone and on the few occasions we've had to request a service call, the representative has been able to solve the problem in a timely manner. Would recommend Treasure Realty highly.

We loved our beach house we rented last summer. Your agents were very helpful in explaining the procedure. Wish we lived closer! Hope to return to Top Sail Island again somedayl
