Poor support and broken voucher links—no resolution.

I have been trying to access a Flipkart gift voucher through Tremendous for over two days, but the link simply does not work. I contacted their customer service, but instead of fixing the technical error, I have been stuck in an endless email chain for 15+ hours with no actual help provided. It feels like they are intentionally stalling with unnecessary questions rather than delivering the funds. Extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency. Avoid if you expect timely access to your rewards.

They're too unresponsive to the matter, my Flipkart reward code is not loading after so many hours. I'm not able to claim my reward. On mailing them, they're just sticking to their auto generated mails and doesn't solving my problem. My hard earned reward is now in vain. No one is helping :(

I was trying to retrieve a reward of $13. I recieved first one for $10 then$2 but never did get the one for$1 I looked but could not m find it anywhere. I then got sidetracked and forgot about it till now. Also, just nowi was trying to redeem $9 i got $5, but still waiting for the second amount of 2$ nothing yet, and I still will have another $2. I will be trying when I get done here. I TRYED TO REDEEM THE FINAL$2 AND IT WILL NOT GIVE IT . IT KEEPS GIVING ME THE SAME CODE I USED FOR THE FIRST $5 . YOU NOW OWE ME $3

terrible experience, it doesnt work in any shop (amazon, steam, epic, gog....) i tried 20 online shops and non of them worked

Tremendous is the most trustworthy & hassle free reward systems. I just received a tremendous gift card recently and the whole process was really smooth. The email arrived almost instantly, I added it to my Walmart account and made my purchase with no problems at all. Pretty straight forward. I’ve used tremendous a lot for receiving rewards and I’ve not had a single problem yet.

Cannot spend money on charities. The entire point is that, even though the card has a certain amount of dollars, the actual value is much lower because you can only use it in some stores, and it is very unlikely you'll hit the exact prepaid amount.
