I ordered a leather bomber jacket with faux fur. The jacket was too small and I didn't care for the fur.
However, customer service was great. I explained my issue with the product and customer service. Gladly, refunded me 40% of my money back with no problem and let me keep the jacket. I really appreciated that.

I have to admit even though I was disappointed with the product customer service did try to assist me with the product even though there was an issue with returns, and while I wasn't able to send back at this time they offered me a favorable solution that worked out in the end. They have great customer service response times are not bad they reach back out within a day or so this is the holiday season so all in all good customer service.

Very nice coat
My coat arrived and I’m extremely pleased. The quality is excellent. Soft and supple, as it is lamb skin leather. The shipping was as long as would be expected, so that is what it is. The fit was perfect, but as some reviews suggested, I went one size larger. At 180 pounds my normal size in a coat would be Large. Based on those reviews, I ordered an XL and it’s perfect. I can wear a sweater underneath it, or a micro fiber vest and it doesn’t feel snug.

Exchange concerns
When I received my jacket I was excited to get it. When I put it on it was kinda tight, but felt I needed the next size up. I sent an email and they responded with a series of questions about the jacket as if I did something to change the jacket. I sent pics of size, arm length, chest and shoulder size. I just wanted to return it for the next size up. I had to pay a $30 fee for shipping the new jacket and was told to keep the original. I love the look of it. I'm waiting to receive the new jacket. I feel they want to do the right thing, but was skeptical which I didn't understand or like.

Ordered a Sheepskin leather jacket (XL size) on 18-Nov. On 3-Dec received an ill fit (size is between 6-8), pig skin jacket with faux fur on the inside/trim (order 3153). I emailed the company the same day requesting free return instructions and instead of that they keep offering me $25-30 coupons and discounts for keeping this jacket and losing $194 on this poor quality, falsely advertised jacket. I had no choice but to open a dispute of charge with my credit card company. Please be aware!

Great company! The first vest was a wee bit small, so I contacted Trendy and for the shipping cost received a new vest, custom fit to my measurements. They even let me keep the first vest!
