I purchased an item from Trendzoid through an ad on Instagram on 12/13/23 hoping for it to be a Christmas present. It is 4/28/24, almost 5 months later, and I still haven't received a shipping notice. I've emailed the company 3 times asking for an update, and each one is vague and thanks me for my patience. I finally emailed asking for a refund and they said they charge a 25% restocking fee. This is definitely a scam and I have initiated a claim with my credit card company.

Scam. Buyer beware.
I placed an order 11/14/23. They did not update shipping info until the date of delivery 42 days later. After shipping the item they replied to my many emails saying: "sorry it is shipped and cannot be cancelled or refunded"
Them item I finally recieved was garbage quality, so I returned it. Well, the address they provided for returns did not exist and the post office returned the package to me!
I am currently still disputing the charge with my credit card company.
The store has been removed from shopify.

I made order for February 5th and it is now April 1st. I emailed customer service and never heard response. Horrible never got my order

Fraudulent Website - They take your money and never ship product. They are out of the country. They only have a WhatsApp number and once you pay them they will stop responding to emails.

And one more “should be zero” review, just for good measure. I ordered and after a month of no shipping notice, I wrote 3 emails. All came back “address not found.”
Do not buy from them!!

All bad, was sent the wrong product and begged into paying for shipping instead of return.

Avoid Trendzoid.

Another "should be zero stars" review. I ordered an item over a month ago. I've emailed (info@trendzoid) twice to see where my product is, and both times I received an "address not found" response. I've submitted an order status update request directly from the site, with no response. I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Product never arrived. No tracking or updates. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. Do not order anything from them

Ordered a travel bag mid December. By mid January I still did not receive a tracking number. I emailed to ask what was the hold up and was told there was a back up. I said well cancel my order because the trip I needed the bag for is in 2 days. I was then told about the 25% restocking fee, to which I asked how could there be a restocking fee for an item that did not leave their location or preppedfor delivery? They then sent me a link to open to review the restocking fee notice. I did not open it and went straight to PayPal to file a complaint. This was 3 weeks ago and the bag showed up today after 2 months! It is so cheaply made, the material is flimsy at best and the platic chemical smell coming off the bag is nauseating. I surely will never buy from them again, but if you want to take a chance, because the stuff is cute (that's how they got me) make sure that you use PayPal to make your purchase so you can dispute the ridiculousness that this seller tries to pull.

Horrible seller and possible scammers, i would give them less than 1 star if i could. Saw the ad for some markers on instagram and thought it would be a nice purchase for the kiddos. However big mistake. These clowns have zero communication with customers. No notification on when the order is going to be processed or when it will be shipped. After a few weeks of waiting no tracking number or updates on the order I did a charge back with my credit card company. I guess after the charge back they decided to "ship the items out". After what about 4 weeks if not more not knowing about the "shipped" items, they are now asking me to return something in don't have. Buyer beware, garbage company and garbage customer service.

I ordered a dancing skeleton gift for my sister. It is such a piece of garbage I literally threw it out instead of giving it to her. It came unassembled without instructions. Once I figured out how to put it together it didn’t even work properly. I feel scammed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have screenshots with support where they blatantly changed the shipping/tracking links to pretend it was delivered and threatened me when I inquired about it over a 2 month period. Absolutely joke of a company and huge scam -- DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE PURCHASING ANYTHING!

I placed an order that I’ve been waiting about two months for. When I inquired about my order, I was told that they are trying to keep up with production. When I asked for a refund they told me I would need to pay a 25% restocking fee. I said I expect a full refund FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN MADE YET (so don’t need to be restocked). I was told to read their refund policy. I’ve asked for the 75% refund (saying I would pay the restocking fee under protest). I haven’t heard anything. I regret not checking the reviews for this company first.

Lol, they have a horrible way to do business. I order a product from them as a gift for my son. A month after they have taken my money I still don't have what I paid for, nor has it even shipped. Then, after MULTIPLE emails of requesting my item I tell them to cancel my order. Magically it is now set to ship that day...maybe the next day. Then they proceed to tell me that it will still be almost another month to receive the item. After all of this nightmare, for what I thought was a cute trinket for my son, they then tell me they are going to accept my request to cancel but are still going to take 25% of MY money because THEY have been inconvenienced by the order being canceled (restocking fee). They need to wait to take people's money UNTIL they are ready to ship the product. Otherwise it is just theft.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They took my money and I never received my package!!! Do not take the bait! Contact me directly for full details.

I wish I could share my conversations with them... ordered an ORNAMENT mid November thinking it's early but hey, it's on sale. Got close to Christmas, and it didn't come. Asked them to cancel order and it had miraculously shipped the previous day so they could not cancel. I told them that I have no use for an ornament after Christmas and that I wanted to return it then. They said ok then I have to pay a 25% restocking fee. How is that fair? I told them it seemed like a scam and that's when they got really defensive and rude. Kept saying the ornament will arrive so it's not a scam but... I ordered this over a month before Christmas and if I'm not getting it before the date of it's only intended use then why am I have to pay not only shipping both ways but 25% of the cost? Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this SCAM of a website.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered my 2 items 12/4/23 and it is now 1/7/24 and I still have not received my items. They were 2 Christmas sweaters that were for a party on 12/22/23 and I spend about $65. They are not willing to give me a full refund. They advised me that I would have to ship it to Oklahoma, but my items say it coming from China (I believe). The company told me that because the item was already shipped I can not get a refund, that I would have to pay for shipping my items back to them. I just want my money back since its has been over a month when I purchased the items.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM !! Should be zero stars. Ordered a product and was given no further information about item processing or shipping. Contacted company and was given same BS answer as everyone, about shipping being “delayed.” They asked me not to dispute and even had the gall to assure me they were not a scam. I sent an email back with a link to all of their negative reviews; about a minute later I could no longer see their shop on shop app when logged into my account, but could see it when logged out. Reported all accounts of theirs I could find, and to the FTC. So tired of people getting taken advantage of, hopefully they get taken down.
