Amazing Stratford Upon-Avon staff
Visited Tresspass Stratford Upon-Avon today to look at Ski gear for next year, with little expectation of getting anything due to the time of year. The reality was that the manager couldn’t have been more helpful, and enabled us to get everything we needed! Thank you so much!

Missing item from order!! I ordered 2 pair of beach shoes and only one pair have arrived. I have tried several times to phone customer service but no one ever answers the phone. I've sent emails but no one replies. Stay away.

Dishonest business, avoid!
Exactly the same story as other reviews below. I placed an order on their eBay store. The items were heavily discounted and it appears that this was an error. My order was cancelled after 5 days stating that I have requested cancellation. This is a lie! I have never mentioned such a thing. I understand mistakes happen but I have received no comunication from them whatsoever. If they got in touch to explain the matter that would be a different story and I would accept it. However, inventing a lie and blaming it on me was a step too far. I will never purchase a Tresspass item ever again, in store, online or even from a charity shop. They lost my trust completely. What a dishonest business. And btw. this was a binding cotract under English law and thus you broke a law.
They can cancel your order too just like that...
I placed an order for well discounted chairs. They cancelled the order. It looks like they realised they discontinued them too well. Strange non professional company. Be aware they might cancel your order just like that...
Irresponsible company
Placed an order on 7th January. I sent 5 email messages to receive an invoice but still have not received it. One of the worst customer services is ever seen. No answer, and no response however they keep sending messages "How would you rate the support you received?" only. Irresponsible funny company.
Happy to leave 8 year old without a winter coat in -4 degrees C
I bought a winter coat for my daughter in August, She has only started wearing it in October and so only needed washing yesterday. I washed as per instructions but the lining bunched up and left large areas around the seams with no padding. As it was bought in August it is not covered by the return and refund, my only option was to leave my child in a coat with 60% padding or send it to their quality department leaving her with no coat for 6 weeks. It s -4 degrees where i live today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The lady serving me in the shop was very kind and understanding and she did speak to her area manager. The fault is clear though, should not need to be sent to Quality.
I am so angry that in the financial climate we are in at the moment and being so near Christmas I now have to find the money to buy my daughter a new winter coat.

TERRIBLE STORE, HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS...
Went into look at purchasing various items, ended up going to Millets instead having endured an unacceptable & horrendous experience instore.
*Store untidy & unkept as was the supervisor Jamie I had the misfortune to encounter. No manager on site. Aparrently Jamie's uniform & bage was still in his bag @11am!
*Items not clearly priced or orderly displayed.
*Staff members ill informed, uninspired, rude, disheveled in appearance, lacking basic customer service skills & argumentative.
*Severe difficulties contacting either customer service or head office to register complaint. Still ongoing although I doubt i'll get a response having looked further into this company & there anti consumer practices.
Crap IT Systems!
Once again bought and paid for an item, then days later told it's out of stock now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Why is there IT so rubbish?
Great customer service with online orders
Ordered a couple of products with great value discounts online for store pick-up. I needed the products fast for a festival and the CSR on the phone was incredibly helpful and contacted all of my local stores to find where I could pick up the items today. Super pleased with the service and will definitely be using trespass again
Refused to fullfill order
Placed an order for walking boots at a sale price, order taken, money collected. Then they advised it was not in stock in my colour. I then asked for a different colour at the same price (all were on sale)
They advsied that only the one colour were on sale, which is incorrect.

Mike & I have just had an excellent customer service experience in Tresspas Ilkley, we where served by a lovely young lady called Catherine, she was very knowledgeable on the products and couldn't do enough for us, even running up and down the stairs for different jackets for me to try on, and so helpful we bought 2 waterproof jackets and 2 fleeces, and 2 t-shirts, so all kitted out for the Autumn/Winter season....and Catherine good luck with career choices after your time at York University 😀
