I liked the reasonably prompt reply to my enquiry as to how to get my trezor suite to recognise my somewhat now dated Trezor one wallet and managed to achieve this on the second suggestion for rectifying the situation. Good to know there was somebody on the end of an e-mail that could respond directly to a very concerning situation. Great RELIEF.

Wonderful Training Session

The onboarding session was superb. Very clear and organized, guided and helpful! I learned so much and everything was broken down into easy, manageable steps. Very well structured and organized to make it helpful for a new user to get started. Instructor was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and had great answers for all my questions. Five stars!!

Trezor expert customer service is…

Trezor expert customer service is simply outstanding.

I’ve worked with Shawn a few times now, and he truly stands apart. His communication is excellent, he listens, and he makes sure your needs are actually addressed. Every time I’ve spoken with him, I’ve felt heard, appreciated, and genuinely cared for as a customer. That kind of service is rare.

Trezor as a company is one of the best I’ve experienced. They go above and beyond—not only making their customers a priority, but making sure their customers actually feel like a priority.

Customer service like this doesn’t exist everywhere. When you find it, you hold onto it and share it with others.

Safety and privacy first

Notwithstanding the limitations applying to enter a subject that involves privacy and safe procedures, Nick was very helpful in explaining to me the basics of sending and receiving cryptos to and from Trezor.
I will now be able to complete the transactions I was doing, very I portent to my financial strategy.

Shawn is very easy to talk with, and gives his opinion on safety issues with connecting to other wallets and why it is better to not connect with these, and leave my Trezor completely separate.Good advice....Patient as always while checking wallet addresses and navigating around Trezor Suite,which is a great platform to use.

The wallet model one is blocked by firmware, support doesn't help

UPD: ⛔️ BE CAREFUL!!!⛔️ They didn't reach me on email. Actually don't even answer my ones. I just had a reply from a couple of scam shapeshifting doppelgangers like @trezor_support_te, @Trezorhelpteam and that's all. The website ⚠️ trezorupdate.io ⚠️ they ask me to reach looks like the phishing scam.

⛔️ I cannot enter my wallet because it has an old firmware (I have an ancient Model One bought in 2017). I cannot update the firmware from 1.6.0 to 1.14.0. The loader version is 1.3.2. This model has no touchscreen. Serial: 4F0(or O because of font and capitalized text)E81A431C1F32677B8879E. I'm stuck on "Swipe up and down on the screen and simultaneously connect the cable". I tried different cables, usb-ports and devices (laptop/desktop on win10). I also can't check up my reserve copy because the "Begin" button on the checkup start is just disabled (disclaimer checkbox is checked). The Suite version is the latest one, because I downloaded it just for this. What should I do? I would appreciate help on telegram or email provided in a ticket.

⚠️ I opened a ticket #201427 but the support asked me for a receipt (despite they know I bought the wallet about 10 years ago) and then closed the ticket.

Team was patient and respectful when dealing with a 1st time user and novice with such devices.
