I have come on here to share my experience to spread awareness
So I would come on here and tell you all about my experience so you do not come here ever! Today for a present I got took in for a piercing which needed a birth certificate and unfortunately, I do not have the one with my parents name on it due to circumstances and we didn’t realise this into the lady informed us so we said okay sorry again we told her why I didn’t have it and that my mum ID has a different name to mine as I have my father‘s name and she said that’s irrelevant of the person and sent us up to the piercing room was very rude and dismissive even assigning the paperwork she was rude and rushed us when there was no one else in the shop rude as I tried to pick out my piercing jewelry as I didn’t hear her say I needed to choose one so she stared at me like I did something wrong and I was like am I meant to be doing something and she was like choose if it wasn’t for the present that actually pierced me this would be would have a zero star as the piercing person was very friendly and count me down as I was nervous. He told me what was going to happen and how it was going to happen and then he did it and gave me advice on how to care for it. It was very kind of without him, this review would have zero stars my overall experience as I usually go to blue banana but there is different age restrictions so I wasn’t able to go to blue banana time so I went here I would never go again. The experience was horrible with the person that booked us in she was rude dismissive and uncovering, don’t go blue banana is the type of voice the man is the female is not
