Honestly was looking forward to visiting such a local venue. Walked in and no hello or anything, ok then, that's fine not that friendly then. Very clicky place. Everyone was chatting and ignored me. Wasn't even sure who was actually working there. Went to the till to ask a question and buy a booster pack and the person was too busy having a chit chat to serve me. Didn't even ask if I needed any help. Walked out really disappointed at being ignored. Won't be visiting again. I've been to many card shops and this is the worst experience I've had by far.

Booster box received damaged due to lack of packaging. Sent pictures of packaging (or lack thereof) and damage to the item. Customer support said I have to send item back for refund at my own cost. Wont be buying from them again.

Great service and excellent seller

Purchased an item from Trigon. After not receiving it for a couple days I tried to use the online contact form but it didn't work, so ended up having to message them on Facebook.
They offered to send the item out with express shipping for no extra charge. The next day I get an email saying they are refunding me because they have misplaced the item and they have no more in stock (website still lists 2 in stock).
Definitely disappointing to have an order cancelled after a week waiting for an item to arrive but at least I've got the full refund.

Awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Truly shocking.
