The personal care, reassurance and comfort that Vijay gave was beyond what I expected. I searched for a long time to find the band that called out to me and the love for my girlfriend. Vijay walked me thru the whole process and listened to the vision I had in my head and made it a reality. The ring arrived today and I have not stopped smiling and am outstanded at the quality and craftsmanship of the ring.

I bought and returned one ring, not because of the quality, more the color. The customer service was excellent so I am trying again. After speaking to the owner and explaining what I was looking for, he sent me very helpful info and link on how to order exactly what I want. Very hopeful this one is perfect!

I had an amazing shopping experience at TriJewels. Vijay was wonderful at ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. He sent me videos of the stones so that I could see their color, and he was understanding when I ordered two versions of the same ring in different carat sizes (because I couldn't decide without seeing them) knowing that I would definitely be returning one of the two rings.
