Amazing company

Had to put a claim in for the first time due to accidental damage to my couch by my SEN child company was quick at responding and sending someone out very friendly and gave a cash settlement offer quickly with the value of the couch in full

Difficulty for an old lady to send documents on line

As an 86 year old widow I found it difficult to complete the things you needed on the computer. I could not upload the necessary document and just wish it would have been possible to speak to an agent for advice and help. Once I had managed to send you the necessary document for my claim via an email you were very prompt ib settling the claim. Thank you.

Good overall experience

Online portal feels a little disjointed but I did receive prompt replies and once I spoke with a claims handler I was reassured and my claim was settled immediately. However, I am still waiting for the recovery team to secure my excess from the third party.
