I was hesitant at first to claim for accidental damage to my iPad, but I needn’t have worried. Trinity were excellent from start to finish even when I asked to get a quote direct from Apple regarding the damage instead of their third party tech people. Thank you to the staff at Trinity for helping me through the whole process.

The survey was done which stated that only the damaged section of the stippled ceiling needed to be repaired. In fact, the stipple coukd not be matched and the job had to be completed twice with the whole ceiling being plastered in the end.
The guys from construction company Lled, who completed the initial work and painted the ceiling were brilliant. Good work ethics, cleaned up after themselves. Just a shame they were asked to complete a job that they knew wouldn't be right.
We employed a local plastere to complete the plastering and then a guy from Lled painted the ceiling again.
All good in the end but took almost 4 months due to incorrect survey information.

Trinity Claims put the customer first.
Last year my septic tank was damaged and Trinity Claims instructed their drainage specialists to replace it with a waste water treatment plant
The company that carried out the installation made a complete mess of it to the point where it was failing. The contractors refused to put the matter right.
Trinity Claims stepped in and we're terrific! They fought my corner for me and following two independent inspections agreed a new system was needed.
Trinity instructed another company ( Smart Drain UK ) to put the matter right and a new fully functional, fully compliant, fully guaranteed system has now been installed and I am very happy with it.
A lot of insurers would have sided with the original company and washed there hands of it. But Trinity Claims stood by me, honoured their obligations to me and put the customer first. A quality and service that is rare in the insurance industry these days.
I have nothing but the highest regard for Trinity Claims, the premier in putting the Customer first.

They use contracted surveyors who are one man bands that are on cheap. They redused claims to keep the company happy and get more contracts. Very smart business technique however they leave us in the dark when we need our insurance.
I had storm damage that was on the national warning. They still said the storm was not valid dur to it being 5 mph less then their requirment. Yes your heard me right 5mph less so refused to pay for my damage.
Stay away from this company. When you buy insurance from any company ask them who handles their claims. If they say trinity then dont take it.

I was nervous at first as all online unless a problem occurred ( which it didnt ) I uploaded my ‘proofs of purchase) for the 2 stolen items plus pictures of the damage that was caused plus 1 visit from their windows assessor. I chose to use my own window repairer and Trinity obtained the quote from them and a settlement was agreed in less than 3 weeks from the burglary. I had forgotten to add 1 invoice that I then uploaded and it was added to the settlement immediately Everything was much simpler than I was expecting. Thank you Melinda
