After cancelling 4 expensive flights, because of the Covid19, and the countries were closed, I have been chasing them for 5 months to receive my money back. They wanted to give me 35 euros per person as a compensation, while the flights were 1500.

Be careful of TripAir. Do not agree to anything but a full refund If a flight is cancelled. They are said to be profiting from the covid situation. Their scam is to redeem a full refund from the airline then not pass it on to the customer. They may be under investigation for this. Stay away from TripAir The are ripping everyone off!!

My flight was cancelled by airline TAROM. TAROM fully refund to TRIPAIR the amount paid on 20th of July but they still refuse to pay. I have only received the message "the refund will be processed as soon as possible" but nothing happened. I advise you to start a penal legal action for fraud against them as I did already. They have 30 days to fully refund or the legal action will start. Don't let them scam you.

Unreliable, unprofessional - Never use Tripair again!
I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Tripair. My flight was canceled by the airline and it was impossible to contact Tripair with every means of communication. After 5 months, they replied to my emails agreeing to give me a refund which excluded service fees and baggage purchases. I am really surprised how such companies continue to operate. It might seem that everything is ok, but once you have an unusual situation, you realize that saving 50 euro (that you would pay if you had booked with the airline directly) doesn't worth it, while you end up paying more!

and due to pandemic situation of COVID 19 my flight was cancelled by airlines and when i checked with Swiss Air they already full refund to TRIPAIR but after that 7 months passes but they not reply my any email and replied by only automated email.

I have finally received my refund.
It took about 7 months for the procedure to be done.
There was a huge delay, but I appreciate their efforts in this hard situation.

For those who have trouble getting their refund, I kindly recommend that you join the 'Tripair claims' group on Facebook and follow the steps stated there.
This is the way I managed to receive an answer from Tripair. I will share my experience up next.
My flight in May was canceled due to coronavirus situation. Since then I have tried to contact them by phone (where they have an automatic message) and by email. They usually respond to the email in 2-3 weeks and tell me that they are trying to get a refund, but nothing concrete happened.
In October I contacted the airline and found out that the status of my plane ticket is 'refunded'. In the same period I found the 'Tripair claims' group on Facebook and I followed the suggested steps there:
1. Contact the airline and find out your plane ticket status. (I had already done this step before)
2. Send the model email to Tripair and in CC add: the support Skyscanner email and International Civil Aviation Organization email (I cannot write email addresses here; you will find them in the mentioned group)
3. Share your Tripair problem with Skyscanner help (I cannot write links here; you will find it in the mentioned group)
This way I received an email from Tripair within 1 day letting me know that my money will be refunded within 30 working days.
Hope this will help others too!

They just don’t care about the customer, I booked a flight been cancelled due to covid , been chasing for the past 6 month and final I found out that the airline refund it since 3 month and tripair did not even inform me about the refund and full cancelation, I’m sending a million mail with no answer, the phone numbers are fake numbers !!!

Flight was cancelled by airline, the airline agrees to full refund, but since I booked via Tripair I need them to request refund for me.

Finally got my refund
My Flight was cancelled last March and I only received my refund today. I had to wait 7 months so dont give up hope. Tripair need to improve their customer service.

I booked a return flight Athens-Melbourne (ref.code: 35072572) and flight has been cancelled by Singapore Airlines. Several times I asked for refund from Tripair without any response. We have a terrible experience with this travel agency and strongly recommend anyone: don't make a deal with Trip Air, they let you down.
The worst customer support
I am still waiting for a refund request of a trip dating from 20th of march 2020. There is no available phone number, more than 3 contact attempts by email, got no answer whatsoever. I contacted the airline which assured me that the refund was accepted from their side. Stay away from this company and their terrible service.

Like a lot of people here my flight was cancelled and I couldn’t get any communication from tripair for months and when I did they gave some non-info. My emirates flight was cancelled in March and I finally got my refund in September and I can only thank skyscanner for this. If you booked through skyscanner drop them an email. It did take a further few months to get my refund but at this point contact with tripair was better than nothing at all. Skyscanner were very helpful, escalated the case and pressed on and on with tripair until I finally got my refund.
