A poor game : Still waiting for my May 2020 flight refund

I do not know how such a company (if this term is still correct) is still surviving despite their bad reputation ?
I am waiting for my refund since May 2020 & United Airlines have confirmed to me that they have refunded the amount to this entity & they kept it & never refunded it to me back to back.
What a poor game & poorer performance!!

Still waiting for a refund from MAY 2020!!!!

We made the bigger mistake ever. Because prices were slightly better than directly with the airline we booked our flights via Tripair.
WHAT A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!!!!
It's been months since the flight was cancelled and a long email chain with back and forth, and still as of today 02-Feb-2021, we don't have our money back.
If at some point they decided to reply to one of our multiple email the answer was that we needed to be patient.
How long should we have patience? 10 more years? We will NEVER EVER recommend to anyone to buy fights with this company. Don't let them trick you with the price, there's no customer support and clearly no intention to refund the money.

Finally received refund from flight in March 2020

I am still not a fan of this company, however after months (since March 2020) of not hearing from them I finally received my refund. I hope others still waiting to receive a refund will get it soon. This company is best to be avoided in the future, total lack and disregard of communication. No apology for taking so long, just a blunt email stating the refund had been processed.

Thieves

I have confirmation from The Commission for Aviation Regulation and Lufthansa that the money was refunded to Tripair over a month ago and they will not give it back to me. They have turned their phones off and are not replying to emails and are just keeping my 600 euro.

The display listing is not clear…

The display listing is not clear enough. Its very deceitful to not list clearly that a flight is arriving on a different day than departure. While on the display it looks like the flight arrives on the normal time it takes to fly the distance. By withholding necessary information on first impression you're easily fooled to book a trip only discovering when the documents arrive that the trip is going a different route and making stops that are not visible in the listing. Its always much better to book directly with airlines who display stops and travel time more direct and honestly. I had only trouble with these kinds of companies. If you plan to use trip air. Use the insurance for cancellation and read very carefully how your flight is planned. I hope airlines like this can design their information in a more transparent fashion.

Unacceptable experience with TRIPAIR

Unacceptable experience with TRIPAIR
I have booked via Tripair a seat on a flight Air Transat from Vancouver to Amsterdam. My understanding was that change, and refunding were possible (this was supposed to be one of the added values of Tripair services), provided that this change or modification could intervene 24 prior to the flight departure from Vancouver.
At several occasions, I have attempted to contact this company by phone (Netherlands and UK) ... I also have forwarded to them several emails requesting assistance and change. Due to the fact that their office hours is quite limited in terms of openings...(they close at 1 or 3 PM !!!)
.I have not benefited of any attention for several hours. The lack of initial response together with delay and a lack of consideration for the case (I was initially instructed to contact the airlines directly, while the airlines told me that the owner of the account was Tripair and that they could not do anything) contributed to further delay. Dealing with Tripair (located in UK, NL and Greece) from Canada has proved to be a nightmare. They do no help, they play ping pong with clients until closing time...and then it becomes impossible to reach anybody. I would strongly recommend to AVOID Tripair service...even if their prices are somewhat under market prices, their service is non existing and void of any elementary service consideration for their clients.

Horrible service

Horrible service. There was a mistake in the dates in the flights that we booked as the website was not clear on this. I called the customer service immediately to change the reservation before the eticket was issues, but was HUNG UP on EACH time.

For a website to not have a way for clients to access their booking online via a confirmation code AND not have a responsive customer service call center is completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Think twice before utilizing their services.

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. I made a mistake in a passenger's name and communication about this was hopeless. Their office is in Athens and my email contact was with a guy who could write messages of one sentence. He did not answer my question but kept giving me a bad solution for my problem. Also I paid 30€ for a service I didn't want to have, namely that they would do the online checkin for me. I could not get this refunded. I would advice never to book through this company.

no reaction from customercare after their request after flight change

tripair did send me an sms and e-mail to respond to a flightchange (other airport) with my consent or with my alternative (cancel or other times) the mail was send on march 8, and you had to respond before march 16, i did immediately respond that i am not ok with the change, so rebook to other times, i did provide them in the same e-mail with my alternative initeriary (flightnumbers, times, airport) i did send the e-mail on march 8 and ask for a confirmation that the e-mail was received, after two reminders still no reaction from the Tripair customercare nor is my flight rebooked. This is not acceptable for, i used tripair in the past and as long as you don't need customerservice they are ok, however i will warn everybody do it, dont use them they are based in greece, you cant reach them by telephone or e-mail (no reaction). So please forward this to your friends/relatives because the amount that you save on a booking (10 or 15 eur) is def not worth it, when you need service! I am curious if they will start communication after this message here and that they will finally take action! lets hope so,....

Non-existing Helpdesk

I have been trying to reach the Helpdesk of Tripair since a week now, which seems to be impossible: I do not get any replies to my emails and also by phone they cannot be reached. I have been trying to call to the phone number that is included on the website of Tripair. However, after a standard tape record, the line gets silent. To me, Tripair seems like a highly unprofessional company, that has a non-existing Helpdesk. Reading the reviews online, it seems like I am not the only person experiencing difficulties with Tripair. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
