Our tickets to Colombia never confirmed and they blamed the Airline "AA" left 7 of us stranded. Wouldnt answer since they open at 10 am, no customer service 24 /7😡

Initially I was worried about there not being enough reviews and the booking that wasn’t instant - but this is a legit service that delivered below market pricing.

I’d already booked a flight for my daughter but we found out the morning of the flight that since she’d missed the email to confirm it, the reservation was never completed. Lenny was awesome helping us to get our daughter home in time for her grandmother’s funeral and then back in time for classes. He was so patient and helpful as we had him check multiple cities. He was finally able to find a flight to an alternate city nearby that met within our timeline and he did so at the original price. Lenny was able to bring his calmness and expertise into an already stressful situation. My family and I are so grateful because it was starting to look like my daughter wasn’t going to be able to get there in time. Thanks so much!!!
