Sent ETH to Triple-A's wallet for a Farfetch.com purchase. Due to a network selection error, their system didn't detect the payment sent and no order was created.
I proceeded to pay the order via credit card instead and the order is complete.
I requested a refund since the funds are in their wallet and no service was rendered.
Triple-A refused simply stating they do not support and they cannot proceed with operations on those funds and that's it.
The funds are sitting in their wallet address - confirmed on the blockchain. Accessing them requires only a simple 2-min configuration that any crypto payment processor should be able to handle.
Despite multiple refund requests and emails sent, even providing technical instructions, Triple-A is keeping customer funds rather than making a basic effort to return them.
Bottom line: if you ever make an error using Triple-A's crypto payments, they may simply keep your money. Proceed with caution.

I requested my payment withdrawal from G2G through Triple-A. They took an excessive amount of fees for my withdrawal without any notice, nor was there any warning before making my withdrawal from G2G or Triple-A.

I was naive to send money to triple a without reading reviews.
After sending them the exact amount of crypto to their address, the falsely claim that is an issue with the payment.
I lost my crypto and triple A don't want to complete my order or refund the coins.
We must all go to the police and raport these thiefs. It seems that all positive reviews are invited by them and most probably not real.
Raport their website to the police if you sent crypto to them.
If you didn't sent, NEVER send crypto to them!

They accepted my cryptocurrency payment and then immediately said there was an "error" and someone would be in touch with me. Seriously? What kind of ridiculous service is this? My transaction has over one thousand confirmations on the blockchain. There is no support other than an email address. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Any online platform that uses this payment gateway should think twice due to all the problems and lost business as can be seen by other reviewers here.

This company is racist, nationalist and cant even admit it. I made a payments for my subscription using cryptocurrency payemtns. Last year they decliened me. After i asked on what grounds, they said its their internal policy. I asked agin, what was the reason and gave them 3 or 4 legal reasons on why they must tell me the reason if i didnt break any rules. On that i was denied, saying its their internal policy. Makes me think that they are just judging on nationality and race. They are hypcryts that don't deserve any market share. Hope they go bankrupt!

Jennleigh managed to resolve my problem in a reasonable amount of time given the circumstances. I had made a basic error in transferring crypto tokens. So. It was essentially a "me problem".

Bad experience, useless help by customer care giving standard answer without even read my question. Unable to solve in time a problem of 0.015 usdt which force me to make another whole payiment of 153 usdt and ask for a refund of the first one.
