Good communication and support, and our trip was great

Booking was smooth and straightforward. The team was prompt in answering all my questions and even helped me with travel insurance and visa requirements. They were friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about helping travelers.

Itinerary:
The itinerary was well-balanced, offering a mix of guided sightseeing. Each day had a thoughtfully planned schedule, with just the right amount of activities—no rushed photo stops or exhausting 12-hour days.

Tour Guide:
Our tour guide, Albert, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly passionate about UK culture. He made history come alive at every stop and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and engaged.

Accommodation & Transportation:
All hotels were centrally located and of excellent quality. Transportation between cities was on a clean, air-conditioned coach with Wi-Fi.

Our experience with Tripmart for our Dubai vaccination + family trip was largely positive. They took care of most of the planning, and the vaccination process was handled well. There were a few small coordination delays here and there, but nothing major. What stood out was their responsiveness and willingness to help throughout.
