I cannot speak highly enough of our guide, Pat, and driver, Poo, who truly made our trip to Bangkok and Kanchanaburi (August 2025). Pat was truly delightful. She was organised, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and nothing was too much trouble for her. I was travelling alone with two teenagers, which can feel daunting! I felt like we had an extra parent with us, who was looking out for me too 😊 She made everything feel easy and a real pleasure. I could relax and enjoy my time with my girls in these wonderful locations. My daughters and I were quite emotional when it came time to say goodbye to Pat at the airport! She made a big impression.

The back-office team at Tripseed were also first class and made sure our family could easily get in touch with them during our stay. They continually kept us up to date with timely reminders of our itinerary and made sure we knew they were there for us, at any time.

We had a fantastic tour with Kae, she was amazing. Rising through Bangkok to the markets was fun and the food we tried (and there was alot) was delicious. I highly recommended Kae and this tour.

Overall, it was superb experience! The guides provided were exceptional—knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond to share insights about the places we visited, adding so much depth and context to the journey. Their amicable nature made the trip even more enjoyable, as they made us feel welcome and engaged.
One area where Tripseed could improve is in their food-focused tours. While visiting popular spots on famous food lists was definitely enjoyable, we found myself craving a bit more depth in understanding the local cuisine. A guide with deeper expertise in the history, roots, and ingredients of the dishes would have added another layer of richness to the experience.
Despite this, Tripseed met our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family or friends!

Tripseed did an amazing job curating our honeymoon trip to Thailand. They were extremely attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. They included so many incredible activities for us to see and do during our time in Thailand and truly made our experience extra special. Their guides are knowledgable and professional. From start to finish they made booking the trip really easy. As someone who also owns a tour company, I can say from direct experience that this is a high caliber tour operator. I loved working with Trip Seed for a client trip in Nov 2024. June was very responsive and thought of everything. This client likes to keep moving and stay busy and they helped curate an itinerary with so many beautiful and immersive experiences. The hotels they suggested worked out perfectly and they especially loved the guides and the visit to the country in Chiang Mai.

We chose elsewhere travel that connected us with tripseed. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and the planning of our trip. Every driver and guide they connected us with was so amazing and made us feel so welcome and cared for. We really couldn’t even her with such a long trip with so many stops not one single thing went wrong! Definitely book and you will not regret it!! We had a wonderful trip, learning about Thai culture in Bangkok at the palace and temples and exploring the alleys and canals of the older city by bike and boat. The weather up North in Chiang Mai was great. We enjoyed the time up in the mountains. Our home stay and lunch at a chefs house were magical. It was nice relaxing at the beach and islands down at Phuket but the highlight down there was exploring the old city. We also loved seeing the markets everywhere we went and exploring the evening walking street markets and street eats. We were well supported by Tripseed during the entire trip, and their guides were great.

They made our stay in Thailand amazing! The price was reasonable and the accomodations were fantastic, if I'll travel back to Thailand I'll surely choose them.
