Very hard to get hold of.
I need to change my flight booking and it took several tries to send them a message through their bug-filled contact page. Tripsta de has shut for the day so I tried calling their Singapore and India numbers because they have 24 hour services. I gave up after being on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Unfortunately I have to keep trying to get through to Tripsta to change this booking, but I'm absolutely not going to use this website again.

Change in booked flight times
The booked flight times and the ones on the confirmation are not the same; even though I contacted the tripsta-team within minutes after the booking and the price of the flights was the same, it would cost me 94+€ to have that corrected.
Never had such an experience with another booking website before.
Not to be recommended.

I booked flight to Cameroon an back - no problems in the beginning, except for very high costs when calling the Service of tripsta...
A shifting of the destination airport had to be performed due to construction measures at the initial destination airport. I was informed about this by a friend who booked via another Service (not tripsta) - not by tripsta itself. I called and confirmed that I would agree to the new destination and the Service confirmed that I would get my new tickets the following monday...
2 weeks later, nothing had happened. Since I didn't want to pay high phone-call prices again I wrote an email asking for my new tickets. The answer was "Thank you for the delay. We just got the new tickets by the Airline today" Thank you for the delay? They should be SORRY!
And still: no new tickets.
One week later (again!) I had to contact them again for my new ticket..... This one is still due and the flight is in one week...
Consequence: NEVER again!
That is the first and the last time that I book a flight with this booking platform
Because after 4 days I gut no confirmation about my flight, no email, nothing :-(

Hiden costs (Service Pauschal 20 euros)
I am very disapointed with your hiden cost of 20 euros in your "service pauschal" which was added without informing the user!
That never happened with other sites which provide the same service...
It was my first and last time with tripsta!

Aweful!! I almost couldn`t get on my flight as they messed up my booking
I booked a single flight from Ho Chi Minh City to London... my boyfriend booked the same flight on a different Website. A few weeks before the flight he got a phone call that his flight was cancelled and that he Needs to Change his booking... tripsta didn`t contact me at all! After a few days we contacted tripsta and asked them about changing the flight... it took ages until that was finally done and the customer Service was horrible!! They send me the new flight itinery... so I thought everything was fine until I wanted to check in at the Airport and the Airline couldn`t find my booking!!! It turned out that tripsta didn`t confirm my booking on the flight with the Airline... I tried to call tripsta but couldn´t reach anyone!!
In the end I was really lucky that there were still free seats on the plane and that the staff of the Airline was really friendly and understanding, so that I could get on my plane back home together with my boyfriend...
