the only thing i regret is that next day, after having booked, i finally found a better flight by ca 40 dollars, (with i think volaro). but i hadn't seen this one for many days before when i looked for flights.It also wold have saved me 6 hour waiting in Lisbon, since it went through Francfort with lufthansa. For the rest: Tripsta was cheapest and the adminstration ws perfect.

Unacceptable experience
No chance to change a ticket or detalis of a flight booked. Email with quick replay and instructions to call and speak with an operator.
45 minutes O have waited for somebody to answer. Nobody answered. I had to contact directly the airline company in order to change something.

Sorry to hear you have been having problems getting through to our customer representatives via phone.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the phone. As many other companies, we use a robot answering machine that places each call in a queue and routs the call to our agents in the order the call was made.
The waiting time depends on the number of request at one moment.
While we do understand it can be unpleasant to not be attended immediately, we are constantly working on improving our services in this aspect as well.

Incorrect data when searching for tickets
Very bad user experience. I've searched for a ticket to Ljubljana and I've found the best match on Tripsta. After buying the ticket, after 2 days I've received an email they the tickets are canceled and the money will be reversed. No explanations, no nothing. i had to call them to hear that there is no flight available for the period I needed. In this case why are you still show the flight ???? This is very inapropriate and can have a very bad inpact in every person's scheduling. I cannot recommend such company.

The whole experience was kinda strange, and I would never repeat it again via Tripsta.
After booking the tickets, I've realized that I did a mistake with the take off time, so I wanted to know if it is possible to change the date for a ticket.
First, tried to send an email. 2h later, nothing. So, I gave a call. In order to get someone to speak with, I had to use the reservation code. Using it, I was receiving the message that there is no reservation with that code in the system, and the call ended. 3 times in a row. Only after 6h, that code was actually valid in their system and I could get someone to talk with, but, nobody was available.
So, no. Not again. ever.
