Missing information and contact number disconnected
There is no info available on the reservation page regarding baggages for internal flights if they are included or not. The contact number was disconnected, and was prompted with the message"For the moment the customer you are trying to reach is not available", unacceptable for a company. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the prices or fine.

I bought the most expensive insurance they had and in this unfortunate instance I needed it :( Imagine what they asked me 5 document. I've sent them all of them, with the phone numbers and email addresses of the clinic and so on, then they said they want in different format and all these tricks to make me forget about them. After 6 months and about 30 emails to authorities in UK and Romania, lawyers and so on they gave me 25% of the ticket :( Nevertheless I will never ever use them again :(

Fast recovery
The airline rescheduled an intermediate flight in the medle of the trip. Tripsta informed me imediately and promissed to take care of the hotel cost caused by the reschedule. Fair enough, four days later the money arrived in my bank acount. Not bad at all.

Amazingly quick!
I was afraid that the 48 hours until the electronic ticket would make my reservation useless, since there were only 8 hours between the reservation and the flight. But the ticket arrived in minutes. Thank you!

I could find an on-line flight ticket to Iassy, when other companies did not have offers.
I got the flight reservation instantly and the confirmation of the payment two days after. I consider that it was O.K. and I hope my ticket will be valid.

No tricks like other on-line travel agencies, where at the last step, when you have to click to forward the payment using a credit card, if you are not careful, you will be charged with at least 20 euros from the last pro-forma invoice listed before payment. So forget Skyscanner, Esky, Jetcost or any other so-called "cheap flights agencies".
