From the agency point of view everything was ok,including the sms info.But when coming back my flight take off was delayed with 30 min so I miss connection flight on Istnbul and pay the new ticket-with Turkish airlines

Tripsta manages to mix many options so that you get a good price. Gone with Lufthansa, got back with KLM :)
