Kaleidoscope Odyssey Across Southeast Asia
I would like to speak about a great trip offered by Trip To Go. I went on a trip to Southeast Asia (Kaleidoscope Odyssey Across Southeast Asia) It was a 21-day trip starting Oct 21, 2025. Of course, the travel was great seeing arts of the world I have never seen before, but Trip To Go did an awesome job by first keeping us informed of the trip, an occasional update. It was good because I booked this trip almost a year in advance of the travel date. (My only slight disappointment is not getting flight information until 30 days prior to travel date, but Trip To Go states that they will notify you of flight arrangements between 45 and 30 days. The stay in each country (4) was excellent. The accommodations were all 4/5-star hotels. The only hotel that was disappointing was in Bangkok. The hotel was excellent, but we were far away from the tourist area, and it was not a walkable neighborhood, but the hotel was excellent. All of the tour guys (we had a separate tour guy for each country and 2 for Vietnam), were knowledgeable, polite, professional, personal and made the travel time interesting and fun. They kept us moving, getting to and from each place in a timely and safe manner along with knowledge about the culture and history. If you had a question or request, they were on it. #triptogosoutheastasia

Great service even on weekends
Great customer service even on a weekend before my trip. Even though the office was closed and I didn't leave a message they tracked me down and called me back. I had some logistical questions the person I spoke to couldn't answer so they gave me direct number to the local person on the ground where I was going to be. They were able to also return my call quickly and answer my questions.

my first trip with TTG
I’m working on my first trip with TTG. The live customer support made an otherwise tedious on line booking process much more workable. I was very frustrated and about to just go back to my usual favorite travel company. But two customer support representatives walked me through the process and two different points in the process. Patient and calming. Now I’m all set. I think!!!

To Live or Die Customer Service !!!!!
I find that once I am ready to book a trip and have a question, I want to talk to some one NOW. I wait for the chat. Two days. Maybe. That's ok when there's no deadline. But prefab AI isn't what I need. I finally found a number that wasn't just a recording. Someone answered. My need required a bit of magic. Will handled my situation with professionalism, ease, speed, and humor. I made a connection. Connection equals confidence. He also had the answers. Addressed the issues. Made adjustments that were reasonable. Also, he made a huge sale in less than 5 minutes. I was ready to buy. My dumb ... My travel date was no longer available on the site. But my brother had already booked and paid. I was going to be murdered because the trip was my idea. Thank you Will. I shall live another day and enjoy another trip.

Castles, temples and food markets of Japan!
We just got back from our first TripsToGo visit to Japan! Castles, shrines, temples, and yummy food markets, this trip had it all! We walked across a Nightengale Floor, enjoyed a relaxing soak in a traditional Japanese hot spring, explored stunning temples and ate amazing food! Our tour guide, Mizki, took the time to get to know everyone in our group. Since we had a mix of foodies, shoppers, history buffs and photographers, the tour really got great when Mizki gave us the freedom to explore on our own and indulge our different interests. I think everyone especially loved the food markets of Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo where we got to sample the tastes of Japan. What a great trip!
