What is the point of having a warranty if you use any excuse not to fulfil it. Utterly useless. I would recommend to everyone, buy a shower elsewhere.

The fact that you have a technical help line is very useful in assisting finding the cause of a fault and recommending a replacement part

We have low water pressure and the shower Triton supplied and fitted was perfect. Service was excellent. Triton contacted us to advise that the warranty guarantee had expired. Triton quoted a very good price for it's renewal. Customer service was excellent and the shower duly covered again.

From start to finish, all was great . Could not wish for a better experience. Thank you guys ( and girls !)

I needed an engineer to come out and they explained what was required so that i did not incur a charge with a faulty shower. They booked me in quickly without fuss. I didn't get the ladies names but they were very helpful :)

Just had Liam the service engineer to fix our shower, really nice guy, friendly and knowledgeable, without a doubt the best service engineer we have had sent to us, also credit to the customer service team, polite, seemed to want to get the problem resolved, what more could you ask for,pleased to say shower now working well, I have one happy wife and son,

I purchased a Triton mixer tap around 18 months ago and fitted it myself.
Around 14 months after purchase and for no apparent reason, when using, a loud fast knocking began from inside the mixer.
Although it was only 14 months old I just accepted it must have failed and ordered a replacement.
I fitted the replacement a few months ago and shortly after the knocking began again.
After 2 months of this I decided to contact Triton customer service by email. They told me the tap may not be balanced whatever that means, and after showing proof of purchase we emailed back and forth a couple of times. Their response was to offer to send an engineer out to take a look but pointed out that if it wasn’t a faulty mixer tap I would be charged £99 for the call-out.
I don’t believe that the tap is faulty after them telling me that it’s probably not balanced and should be.
They won’t tell me how to balance the tap and after paying for two taps already don’t have the funds to pay them to visit.
I feel that they should expect DIYers to be able to fit them without any issues and if they expect us to encounter issues they should note this in the description and on the box when sold.
I’m disappointed to be let down in this way by Triton and doubt I will purchase any of their products in the future.

Received a call from Triton reminding me that the warranty was due for renewal (which I had forgot about) the new warranty was quickly arranged and I now have piece of mind knowing that if a fault occurs it is covered for the next 12 months.

We bought a T80i as a direct replacement for a Triton shower that was less than ten years old as the website advised it was a direct replacement. My husband is handy and has changed showers many times before so knows how important that is if pipework etc is not to be adjusted. However we have just found that it is not at all compatible. It's been necessary to reroute both the pipework and electrical connection and in the process damage tiling and the wall the pipework had to be rerouted through.
What would someone who is not electrically qualified as my husband is do in these circumstances? It's not good enough from a well established company.
