Website error
The website continued to tell me the deal expired/ error on website. I then went and booked the same hotel through another site. You are refusing to refund my money for a confirmation that was never made on my end. I would never book a room twice if I had received the proper confirmation with Trivago. I didn’t receive a confirmation email until about 5-10 minutes after it told me deal expired/error.
